Yeh my electrolyte ratio is on point and intake is very high
Check if you're flat to make sure it's all good.

Sunday 8/6/25 PHYSIQUE UPDATE
Little update in regards to physique, finally the waist is starting to shrink making me look significantly better shouldn’t be too long for the midsection to come in hopefully next couple weeks.
Will attach some pics.

Not sure if going to train today, was meant to be a rest day but I’m at home bored so if I train I’m going to hit some wear points, triceps, quads, calves
