Approved Log My ongoing transformation log

It’s actually embarrassing. I was wearing a cockring , and you know how your dick grows a bit bigger because of the extra blood flow etc , so it was a bit tight . When I was having sex , I climaxed , and at the at point I felt a pain no man should ever feel . My ejaculation was forced back into my bladder , and the pressure cause strain in some nerve around that area . Unbelievable pain . The muscles tightened up , couldn’t pee properly , nor could I hold it in , the constant drip of pee caused an infection in my uerethra . My wife thinks it’s hilarious and it’s karma for being a sex pest .
All I’ve got to say is this type of stuff only happens when I’m on tren .
The best part is explaining what happened to the doctor , I ended up with this innocent naive Indian guy who didn’t even know what a cock ring Was and I had to explain to him the how and why . And I don’t think he believed me . Because today I got a call from the sexual health clinic saying that my bloods were clear of any viruses . The funny bastard thought I had an std and sent my bloods to get them checked.
Anyway . Scariest few days of my life . Thought I was gonna lose the old fellow . Returning back to normal now.
Yeah and I know certain people are gonna live this story and use it against me in future .

The blue zones eat a lot of fish too I believe . And what I noticed is when they deviate from there traditional diet and start getting into the western food , they rapidly decline in health
it depends which blue zone. some don't eat fish at all and some do. but they all have common denominators with diet and that is carb heavy but its healthy carbs.. in the USA we get zero good carbs. its all junkie carbs and sugar

Steve makes a great point about eating natural foods. You are not eating processed garbage. High fat, yes......but all natural, healthy fat.

So , here’s something that defies logic .
Super high fat diet …… I eat slices of butter . I fry eggs in beef fat , and I drizzle my fatty steak in ghee…… I’ve stopped the tren , and lowered doses , but while I was at the peak of my doses , I had a blood test . Doctor was interested in my liver and kidney values .
You’d assume the worst right ?

I’ve watched a lot of videos on carnivore diet , they going on about how it’s the best thing ever , and they can actually get a bit extreme in there views on health etc , a lot of conspiracy theories etc , but more and more I’m finding this type of lifestyle is working for me .

Doesn’t affect my sleep bro , I think the hgh counters that because once I’ve eaten , I can barely keep my eyes open .
I have big long days with 2 training sessions and I don’t have any stims or caffeine, so maybe that’s another thing .
As for the lab……… i make my own .
I highly rate wild cat though , I recommend you get on that once he’s back

I actually wanted to start a label earlier in the year , was going to keep it secret etc . My idea was to called it banned anabolics as a joke cause I’d gotten banned from a certain forum and chat group . I even designed a cool label .
I designed a blend that I use for my self , it’s low dosed and designed for my goals .
I know I have a lot of haters that would probably start all sorts of rumours etc about quality and hygiene . I wanted to provide an affordable product make gear slot more accessible for those that are on a budget etc .but then this forum got flooded with vendors and it’s just not worth it .
I do sell a bit here and there , and I’ve given away a fair bit too , ive also taught a lot of people to brew , I really hate seeing people at the mercy of vendors etc , being indipendant is a very good feeling . I don’t need to suck up to anyone .
But I’m saying that , I’ve also become friends with some vendors on here and other forums , and we do share information , tricks etc .
It’s a hobby amd I’ve come to know who does this out of love not just for money and we love chatting about this stuff ……. Look at me going in about it now …….. haha .
I’ve seen some brewers on here how they brew and their set up’s , that’s the level of shared information.
If I ever do start a label , not many people will know it was me .

It doesn’t taste odd or gamey . Tastes like a mild beef flavour. The texture is finer than regular meat , less grains , more compact muscle . I slice it in a way it looks like a steak and cook it the same way I’d cook a steak .

Today I decided to focus more on shoulder before wearing my self out and wearing my elbow out .
I was able to do some shoulder presses . In future I think I’ll do a chest focused push day and later that week a shoulder focused one .

Big meal this one , 4 bbq chicken thighs , and 230 grams of beef . Not a lot of fat on these so I melted a quarter cup of ghee, poured it over the whole plate and drank it all up with the food .

And an espresso . During the day I had 1 boiled egg , 20 grams butter and 50 grams of tinned salmon at around 11 am . The tinned salmon is gross .

@Dirt oil pulling in simple terms, lets say you take coconut oil 1/2 cup, rinse your teeth with the oil at least 2 minutes and repeat, this will help pull out all sorts of bacteria

Started using the gear sent to me by exodus labs. This weeks .
He sent me some test e 300mg/ml
And 2 packs of dbol
I’m going to do 2 mls of test per week for the next 5 or 6 weeks and then gets blood test . This is to help him out and see how his gear works .
The dbol, I shouldn’t really use it as it doesn’t suit my goals , but I’ll take 40 mg preworkout just for a boost for a couple of weeks .
If I start getting bloated or start feeling off , I’ll drop it . This is for the community.
I’ll be keeping my carnivore diet .
As always plans can change .

I felt strong at first , but I found my endurance quickly dropped.
Will probably take me a week or so of consistent work to build up that endurance again .
The elbow pain was gone today .
I think I need to up water . More water throughout the day .
And salts . I’ve stopped supplementing salts and I can feel the Difference.

I feel also I may have been eating way to far below calorie maintenance as I’ve found it harder to fast .
I need to work up the ability of eating a larger meal at the end of the day to carry me through the next day.

If I start getting bloated or start feeling off , I’ll drop it . This is for the community.

I felt strong at first , but I found my endurance quickly dropped.
Will probably take me a week or so of consistent work to build up that endurance again .
The elbow pain was gone today .
I think I need to up water . More water throughout the day .
And salts . I’ve stopped supplementing salts and I can feel the Difference.

I feel also I may have been eating way to far below calorie maintenance as I’ve found it harder to fast .
I need to work up the ability of eating a larger meal at the end of the day to carry me through the next day.

I’ll keep monitoring it .
I’m very conscience of injuries , as I’ve ignored my problems in the past and it only led me down a path of more problems .
I’m older now . Can’t be playing these games any more .
 
So today was a funny one .
Had to go into work early , had some “ emergency “ landscaping work that needed doing before everyone arrived at work , so I treated that as my cardio .
Ended up pushing and pulling a petrol powered mulcher around the site for 2 hours .
Built up a good sweat wand I was fasted with 2 iu of gh .
Finished work , got some bloods pulled at the do tees and went home to find 1 tonne of pebbles had been delivered to my house . So I spent 3 hours shoveling and pushing a wheel barrow around and doing some impromptu gardening as fast as I could before it got dark and rain fell .
Also took 2 iu of gh .
I was still pumped when I finished so I took my shot of test e and 40 mg of dbol thank you to exodus labs again
Had some beef with cream and went to the gym .
All the shoveling reactivated my tennis elbow pain , so my workout did suffer , but none the less I wasn’t going to let the day go to waste

if your elbow keeps flaring up you might want to take a full week off for upper body
 
maybe get on some joint support if you're elbow keeps bothering you
 
I have an injury where for some reason I can't do a pull-up at a certain angle my forearm hurts so I know what you're talking about just work out around it

I’m liking the feeling of dbol .
I used it about 2014 , used 100 mg at the time and blew up like a balloon. My jaw would hurt while chewing food . And I’d. fall asleep while eating .

This time , I feel like there’s a power inside me , burning . And it feels good . Makes me want to chat to people at the gym haha . Almost got a spray tan too . Thought it would be funny .

Ate chicken parmigiana with the wife and kids , ate chicken and butter at work .
The chicken had bread crumbs cheese and a homemade tomatoe based sauce .
I was a bit worried it would be bad for me , but no problem . I guess as long as I don’t over do it .

I still haven’t gotten back into the morning fasted cardio , was too horny this morning and messed around for too long . That would be the test .
Hope sex doesn’t get in the way like it’s done in the past . You should have seen when my wife was in anavar …. I was in tren. ……. Ended up having a threesome with her friend after we caught her watching one night

She even let me go for seconds just me and her friend while her friend was packing and moving .
Told me to give her a tren fuck .
Did it in the garage and the neighbours heard it all .
 
One of my buddies has Crones or Colitis (I can never remember which). He experiments a LOT with certain food stuffs, one meal a day etc. One (or two) trick he has is something will work for a bit so he stays with it until it doesn't. Then it something else. Recent convos have been about GH boosting sarms helping gut health (MK677 and MK2866).

I've seen him pass blood, called the ambulance myself and then he's been on stage competing 2 days later

I found that rare steak digests faster than any other product . But it has to be rare .cook it too much and I can’t digest it .
I can have about 50 grams of white rice , as long as my body is in ketosis .
Suger seems to Rush through and not give me trouble at that point
I found I can get away with say ….. 90 to 95 grams of carbs ?
I stay away from preservatives and colours etc
I I rate this diet

@Dirt this is positive news you are recovering
50 grams of white rice is fine if you are measuring ketosis.
Generally, I found clients can have around 50 grams of carbs when in deep ketosis and stay in.
You can test more or less but your only tool is ketone strips which are not fully accurate.
TKD is what was utilized in the past for bodybuilders with ketogenic aspirations, so its possible to have carbs in a ketogenic/carnivore state.
You should test with ketone strips though either way.
 
I was actually contemplating doing reverse wrist curls for my tennis elbow to see if it help. I think I am neglecting my forearms and it's causing issues.
One of my internet chat buddies , who’s also a member here is a wizard when it comes to exercises that help recover from injuries .
@Trumpy McTrumpface is the man .
He deserves his own page where he should be rewarded for his knowledge .
He taught me 3 exercises that actually very well work in easing the tennis elbow thing .
You just need to actually apply the knowledge and actually do it , not just a few times and say hey it’s good !
I slacked off when it didn’t hurt any more . Few days later the pain came back .
Reverse wrist curls and regular wrist curls .
Also this finger contraption he showed me made of rubber bands or something .
A physio guy at work taught me to squeeze a tennis ball between the forearm and the Bicept .
I put a warp on and I find it helps for most exercises.

Libido is through the roof at the moment .
It’s messing with my mind and creating problems at home .
Can’t even have a conversation at the moment .
Had this under control with masterin before but now with this trail of just test and dbol from exodus labs the creep in me has been unleashed .
Might end up adding back masteron if this continues as for some reason it helps me control my thoughts more .
