I just hit 315lbs on my squat! Did 2 sets of 1 rep each. I need to keep my back straighter at the bottom and I still can’t go 90° with all of the knee problems I’ve had. But I hit it.Those that succeed let nothing stop them

I’ve been lifting 3 times a week. I think I’m fine. I’ve been off gear for a little while now and I never reduced my volume. So that’s probably why. Plus I went from nights to days and I get less sleep now. I’m sure it’s just a combination of a few things. I feel pretty great though.it doesn't hurt to take a break from weight training for a week or two if you're not recovering

If you are using short esters for TRT reason I wouldn't do that.
I rather see you use long esters and stop the gear 2 weeks out from the test BUT this would be a nice time to try some short esters as the summer starts.
Try this for size
first your TRT dose is what? weekly
300mgs NPP/week 3shot split
300mgs test prop/week 3 shot split (you realize this will be painful PIP?)
40mgs dbol/day but kickstart the first 8 weeks
50mgs proviron/day
1mgs is too much 0.5mgs arimidex 3x/week is fine
7caps n2guard ed (organ liver support split dose)
i also suggest low dose cardarine here around 10mgs for the endurance boost with dbol weighing you down
overall i would rather see you do something like enanthate/decanoate esters rather than these short propionate and phenylpropionate esters TBH

Currently, I’m on 100mg of test Cypionate and 1mg of anastrozole /week
And yeah, i definitely think that 3mg a week will be too high. Just have it on hand. Might cut in half and do like you said or just take one a week. Will play that by ear.
And I was going to run short esters for 2 reasons. 1. Because I’ve never ran npp or deca before and I want to be able to come off if I get gyno. And 2. Because I have to test every 16 weeks. And last time I ran way too close and my numbers were sky high when I went in and I had to lie and say I was on some over the counter bulk pills. Lol
My ex wife works at the clinic I go to. It’s a general practitioner clinic and the lady who manages my trt doesn’t want to see those numbers again.
I go in at the end of just or early July for bloods. They should be much better this time around and then I’m going to start my blast. That will give me 4 months to cycle on and off. It’s still going to be super close with the short esters.

Oh yes, I had trouble balancing my end date and my test date on the first cycle. If I had stopped sooner, obviously my levels would have been lower. I didn’t do the math on the half life. I’m still learning. I run 100mg of testC a week so I could probably keep running that and only add 200mg of testP. Or I could do the math and ween off the testC sooner.
