Morning fasted weight: 109.7kg
Weight increased 900 grams overnight, yesterday was a big day for the body. Increased test from 35mg to 45mg and HGH from 2IU to 4IU. Today’s session was really good, I’ve changed my workout slightly. I’m alternating exercises each set whilst still only resting 45-60 seconds between sets. This allows roughly 2 mins rest before I do the same exercise again and allows for higher quality and intensity within the workout. Worked a treat today. Average heart rate much higher and I was able to push higher volume load for each exercise. Similar concept to antagonist paired super sets but I’m allowing short rest between sets.

That's some heavy ass should press bro, strong work! Careful though.

Thanks for your update and feedback on finishing MOTS-c bro, I put your review on finishing it up in our MOTS-c megathread here ➡️ MOTS-c Peptide: Overview, Dosing and Reviews

Have you drawn your bloods to see why the high BP? Might be worth it to look at your haematocrit
Yeah I donated blood before increasing my doses. Hematocrit was at .53 before donating. Not sure if it’s my body adjusting to HGH. On 2 IU’s I was fine (normal blood pressure), since increasing to 4 IU’s it’s been elevated every morning. I was going to give it a couple more days and if my body doesn’t settle I’ll reduce back to 2 IU’s. What are your thoughts?

Might be worth it to drop it back down to 2iu to make sure this is the issue, rather see the BP in check then running 4iu with high BP imo.

Okay mate. Thanks for the advice. Really appreciate it. I’ll make the change tonight.

GH Main mechanism is RAAS activation and renal sodium retention, plasma volume might expand overnight which is why morning BP cops it the worst.

Bumping potassium also might be a smart move. K drives sodium excretion through the Na/K exchange and has a direct vasodilatory effect on its own. Target around 4500mg a day, easiest from food (spuds with skin, spinach, banana, avocado, beans, salmon, coconut water all stack up quick). Magnesium is the silent partner, K won't hold without Mg, so make sure that's locked in too, 400mg glycinate before bed does the job.

Few other tweaks worth running before you commit to the dose drop:
- Split the 4iu into 2iu AM + 2iu PM, takes the edge off peak fluid load
- Pull sodium back a touch, especially in the last meal of the day
- Cuff your BP a few times across the day not just AM, GH-driven BP usually normalises by lunch

If it's still elevated all day after a week on those tweaks then 2iu is the call.

Excellent! Super detailed response and plenty of practical takeaways for me to implement. Thank you brother 🙏🙌💯 I’ll make some adjustments and keep you updated. I am also a heavy aromatiser. E2 was at 340pmol/l when running 175mg test e per week (daily injections). I have implemented 12.5mg aromasin Mon-Wed-Frid. Feeling much better since including the AI. But I suspect E2 is still well above reference since increasing test to 315mg per week. I’m considering going to 12.5mg aromasin EOD.

Need to pull the blood to see before adjusting the dosage id suggest bro

Huge weight on the shoulder press. Why just the two exercises? Was this an extra workout or something?

Yeah today was just a random shoulder session. Felt like hitting some presses. I was meant to do a push session but my chest wasn’t feeling up to it and I just wanted to lift some heavy weights overhead.

Great work out.

Did you notice anything when you added the RGSX gut health and digestive enzymes? I've been taking them but can't say I can tell if they are doing anything.

Thanks mate.

Yeah I noticed a massive difference. I’ve actually had massive gut problems the last two years. In and out of ER several times. Tried everything to resolve it. The only thing that worked was RGSX gut health. Haven’t had a problem since using it. My stomach was in a bad place maybe that’s why I’ve noticed such a benefit. Not sure 🤔

Hi EVO,

Starting my very first log today. 18 months ago I found EVO and started a weight loss transformation journey on TRT - not logged on EVO. I’m at the end of my weight loss journey now and am looking to start a log to keep myself accountable and training hard towards future goals. Speaking of which, looking to slowly add a small amount of extra muscle mass to my frame. Not looking to add much, maybe 2-3kg over time whilst staying lean. Don’t want to do a full on bulk after spending so much time leaning out.

During my weight loss journey I used TRT and over the last 3-4 months I introduced Retatrutide to help get me over the line. I have just recently been given the opportunity to be sponsored by @War Born Peptides. Supplying me with their Retatrutide to help me on my next journey. The plan is to lower my exiting dose of Retatrutide down from 4mg per week down to 1-2mg per week depending on my hunger and continue to run Retatrutide for its health benefits whilst I do a lean gain phase.

Starting body weight for my journey was 128kg. Current weight 104-105kg. TRT dose during weight loss was 105kg, just recently increased to 120mg per week.

Macros at the moment are:
250g protein
450g carbs
60-70g fats
30g fibre
4L Minimum per day water

Training split:
6 days on, one day off - push, pull legs split. Zone 2 cardio after each workout on stair master after each workout.

I’ll do another update soon with training program in depth details, foods choices and supplements I am using. For now I thought I’d just get an introduction going.
Phenomenal work brother 👌

The protein thing, while fun, is over rated. Few need as big of an amount as they think they do

Morning fasted weight: 111.2kg
Last night shift tonight. Definitely feeling pretty average from poor sleep over the last four days. Be happy to get back into a normal sleeping pattern as of tonight. Still pushing hard in training, just flat on energy for the rest of the day. PB’s on all exercises except for bicep cable curl. I’ve noticed since going from TRT to 315mg test per week along with adding in HGH that my hunger cues are much higher than before. This recomposition is possibly turning into a bulk. I’ll do my best to control my food. But hunger is very high atm.

Amazing work on this. I like the testosterone and I like the reta. @Jaxss the HGH add-on is also really cool.

staying strong on the lat pulls :D and good iso
@Jaxss great update man. The supplements look fantastic from A to Z. I see a lot of people adding Cialis as well so it seems to help with the blood pressure.
