Its been 1 month since starting semaglutide. Weight on Nov 27th was 270.7, today was 253.6. Been able to eat whatever I want. Never hungry. Feels good to eat sandwiches again. Thats my staple in this diet as well as casein protein powder and 1% lactose free milk. Cheerios on lifting days. Strength has also been going up steady at the same time. I say its a major success. I never thought I could retain this much strength let alone increase it while losing so much weight so fast.

Cal intake on lifting days is around 2000 cals and 1350 cals on non lifting days. 200+ grams protein on all days.

Tonight I am eating ice cream.

I’m not holding. I am losing 3-4 lbs per week on average the last 33 days. I was 253 the day before. Water retention after leg day.

that's really good to hear we'll see where you're at in another couple weeks

Will be going back to 200mg Test E/ 200mg Mast E per week. As far as the sarms go I have S-4, LGD-4033, and S-23. Would those go well together in preserving lean muscle tissue while using Semaglutide which will be bumped up to the 1mg/week dose? I want to preserve as much muscle as possible while I am losing 2-3lbs per week of fat. Strength is also a priority as its well known that you can get stronger while losing weight even if you lose muscle mass. Programming the muscle makes it much denser as well. I notice those 3 sarms I have listed are in the top 3 respectively as far as strength gains go. Probably a good reason why I picked those 3.

sarms? sure but with your cycle experience not sure you need sarms.

If you're on TRT 200mgs testosterone and masteron, I would say max add +testolone rad140 20mgs no s4 andarine I dont like vision sides. I'd say rad and lgd max.

You can bump semaglutide dose but why? you seem to feel good already and making gains.

Yes this can be used subq.. however, something to greatly consider is that anything oil-based can be slightly problematic and uncomfortable for some users in the subq tissue.
An example could even be people that do microdosing with their own TRT prescriptions find that they get more itty bitty knots over time.Some people on the other hand report great success, thus the reason that this type of administration would even be suggested.

You could always try using whatever oils you have on hand inside of your subq tissue (preferably testosterone), keep an eye on it and see how you respond.
If you get any redness, swelling, site irritation or itchiness, discontinue.

Base compounds are best when used IM, for a quicker and faster metabolization and release. When the goal is Pre-workout.

If someone was to use test base as some sort of HRT, subq would be ideal for a slower, release. It would still be fast considering esterfied versions, but in comparison to IM with base - the Cmax serum levels will not be nearly as aggressive. The comparison is several hours.
 
I think test suspension is better for people who are tested athletes
I don't see a purpose of using them otherwise but that's my opinion

i noticed the gym was PACKED TODAY like i haven't seen in years. i had a very strong workout even on less sleep (loud neighbors and fireworks until 12:30), just started a new EQ cycle and that shit turns me into a horse

we shall see how many loggers logged a new years workout lol

I was shocked at how few people were at the gym today. Maybe its the 9:30 A.M. timeframe that isn't too busy I don't know. I can't imagine what the 6 P.M. timeframe is going to be like.
 
Bros I wouldn't waste time with testosterone suspension
I would do something else instead maybe take an oral before your workout
It's not testosterone suspension..
Suspension is water base.
This is in oil, It has a slight longer presence because of the potential of the slow release because of the oil. Not by much.

This can give some on the added advantage on a hard push, if they are doing back or legs or something like that.
Plus it doesn't give debilitate back pumps like orals do.. ORAL have a tendency with giving terrible terrible terrible back pumps or forearm pumps..

i was worried my gym would be super busy too, but fortunately we got cyclones going on so no one else was brave enough to leave the house except me and 2 other people. and i WALKED there. lol
 
Most of the resolution people were out getting hammered drunk the night before and decided to start on the 2nd lol
 
I Like the stack and should preserve muscle. with semaglide I think the key will be having diet locked in

I am pretty much keeping everything on the fly as far as any changes go when I start. Heck I might not even start so soon. As long as my strength is going up every week I see no reason to change anything for that matter. If I can keep gaining while losing weight keep things simple. The longer I can stay on just 2IU GH daily and 150mg Test Cyp/ week the better.

I haven't done the Mid Iso rows in a while. Giving my body a chance to heal up before I hit it hard in a few weeks. The last time I posted up a pic of me doing the mid iso rows I believe I was around 275lbs. Now I am 20lbs lighter. I went back and looked. Oct 23rd I posted a pic of me doing the mid iso rows. I was 272.5lbs at that date.

Hammer Strength equipment is awesome I've always been using it for 20 plus years
 
free weights is always better but Hammer Strength is pretty damn good I agree
