Another brutal slow rep day. Elbow tendonitis flairing up again. Its manageble though. Just have to tough it out and push through it. Will be going for 500 grams carbs and 300 grams protein. Eating plenty of oatmeal and whey protein powder as well as white rice. Will be making another daily batch of high protein ice cream tonight. Ok everyone have a nice strong finish to the week. Lift big and get bigger!!!

Today is a high carb day. 200 grams is plenty of protein today. Protein requirements are actually higher 18-24 hours after training than on the day you trained. Tomorrow will be higher protein day and less carbs. Can’t eat much more than about 3000 cals per day when I am keeping fat low. I just got done eating a 12 oz New York Strip and 3 cups white rice. My carbs today are going to fall short. Might get 500-550 grams. Protein will be about 225 grams.

Decided we were due for a deload as I am not concerned about gaining any more strength or weight so I dropped the Tbol yesterday and am taking this day to just deload and off during the weekend. I have as much muscle and strength as anytime in the last 30 years so I am happy with how things are moving along. Going sideways is not a bad idea for the next few weeks. IGF-1 starts back up again on Monday for a month so I am sure I will continue to put on size without hardly trying. Not sure if we will deload legs on Monday or not. All depends how the body feels after this weekend. Have a nice weekend everyone!!!

I know this isn't a very popular comment I'm about to make, but I pull blood work religiously, and I have used var for very long durations at what we could call, slightly above therapeutic with absolutely zero issues and it's just been phenomenal.

People who were using it in the Olympics were using dosages that far exceed that.
I used to 140mg and I did not notice one slight of a difference compared to 80-100..

Yes this is a very good question, and yes 100% it does work on both white and brown fat tissue, keep in mind it is not a conventional or traditional fat burner per se, however it has off label properties with accelerating the ratio of fat burning by mechanisms in which it will activate the AR receptors by outside mediation in lieu of activation that androgens would have specifically at the AR receptor, receptors are found throughout skeletal tissue, and it will work by activating these receptors and from there it will begin with burning fat.
The difference between you and just some average guy trying to burn fat on var, It is a fact that you have your meals calculated, your training's calculated, you are putting yourself in a position that is environmentally sound for this to happen. Now compare to some guy who is spitballing it, because he read some information somewhere, he doesn't make his adjustments like you've been making, and he takes it and the fat is not coming off.. He scratches his head and says it doesn't burn fat, it's not a fat burner..
He's not wrong, because it doesn't burn fat if someone doesn't put themselves in the position for it to work with its off label properties and the other instructed and scribed pathways that it has..

You are working for it, therefore it will work with you.. Your body is the mechanism, your body is the machine, the compounds are nothing but tools.. And you are using the tools appropriately..
 
But let me just emphasize real quick with var and fat loss, people don't need to be aggressive with higher dosages, they can literally get away with 10-20mgs daily and run this for several months, all the way up to 8 months.
There's doctors at a prescribing this to people with muscle wasting disorders, right here in the US, and their blood markers are coming back beautiful.
There's some people I know that actually have HIV and they take these on the regular, and their blood work is fine Long as you stay within the therapeutic dosages you can take these for long durations with phenomenal physical changes.
But keep in mind just like antidepressants where we see commercials where they list side effects, as we know that doesn't apply to everyone, some people may notice health marker changes, but it's very very unlikely long as you stay within the therapeutic threshold..

I can even provide an article where they provided a very moderate and somewhat on the higher end dosage of this compound to someone that had a compromised liver due to drinking and they were drinking excessively, and it showed in the data how it reversed and turned around and improved their liver enzymes..

@~Vision~ I agree there is potential to get the max from an oral or any steroid with lower doses.

But I find generally speaking these days its not the 2mg anavar oldschool days, and to get the full blast off I've even had to push 100mgs anavar ed on precontest cycles. I have clients doing 20mgs ed and some 30 but mainly the 50mgs range these days.

Felt good to go heavy on back today. Finally maxed out the low cable row today. Felt heavy but good. Can really feel the muscle packing onto my frame. Pretty good considering I am no longer taking any Tbol and continue to increase size and strength every week. 4 more weeks of this and then will look to maintain size and strength for a couple months before hitting a cutting cycle. My goal is to be stronger at the end of the cutting cycle than I am right now. Should be doable since I expect to keep increasing strength over the next few months. As long as I dont get injured I always keep getting stronger. Just got to keep elbow healthy. Still bugs me but I am can deal with it for now. I wonder if I should stop the HGH after this cycle is over and see if its just growing pains. It definitely is a tendon on the tricep going into the elbow.

Felt good to go heavy again. Will be doing this for the remainder of my bulk through the end of the month and then take another deload. Lots a few lbs. Haven't changed anything latgely other than stopping the 40mg per day of tbol last week. Went 10 lbs heavier on my incline press today for the same reps and sets. I will take that!!!
