Much Stronger again today vs the last time I done heavy shoulder/arms. Went up another 20 lbs on my Hammer Strength Shoulder Press. Shoulder still feels good. I never want to come off NPP. Also increased weights on front raise and hammer curls and all tricep exercises. 3 more weeks of heavy lifting on this cycle. Hoping for another 1-2 lbs of lean muscle by months end.

Yes I have used Semaglutide and will be using it again in 9 weeks from now. Just go with the standard dosing protocol and make sure you eat as much protein as possible and low fat. Do the 4 weeks at .25mg per week and then adjust up to .5mg for 4 weeks. I am most likely only going to use it for 8 weeks and end at the .5mg per week area. Its pretty powerful stuff at low dose. It really slows down the movement of food through your digestive tract so be careful of what you eat and having liquid protein shakes will really be a good idea with this. Don't abuse this drug.

Legs felt strong today. Would have been able to do much more had I had knee sleeves but kept it light just to make sure and not hurt the knee joint. Still got a good amount of stress to the muscles and they are pumped good so I should get some good muscle growth with the IGF and extra carbs today. Will be shooting for 250-300 grams protein and about 500 grams carbs for the day. 180mcg of IGF being taken today to help glycogen loading and postive nitrogen balance. Next two days will be off and then back at it hard for Fri-Sat. Everyone lift big and get bigger!!!

@drlifter yes I suggest you check @RoidRage69 back log about semglutide , its not a joke and you need to be careful with it
@RoidRage69 is a veteran and has been at this for years, so control is something he has, but misusing semaglutide is not safe so be very careful

Hey @Mobster can u give me any tips on correct way to do skullcrushers? I’ve never done them before. Type of bar and anything I should be aware of as far as injuries. Thanks!!!
In essence think of it as a tricep extension but laying down..

There are two basic versions. On the floor (my preferred version if only cos of the weight) and on a bench with someone handing you the bar.

With the bench type and depending on how flexible you are around the shoulder joint you can have more of a stretch with the bar going a little behind and down behind your head. I'd say use 80% of the other version in terms of weight and work the stretch and flexation of the triceps hard. When I could (cos I can't do it properly now) I'd get a great stretch on overhead tricep extensions. Sore every time. Maybe do this and THEN skull crushers right after

If you do the floor version make sure to have at least 1 pair of large diameter plates on if only so you don't get the skull crushed ()hence the name) or nose broken (other name). You can also switch from skull crushers to a close grip bench press type finisher. And to really fuck shit up do a drop set by taking plates off as you go.

Finally elbow sleeves only on the heavy set. I also warm up with the bar x 20 reps to get the elbows ready

Drastically increased my weight on Tricep ext and hammer curls today 15 lbs on each exercise. Had some shoulder pain on my last set of bicep curls so I stopped short and called it a day. It was my last set and exercise anyway but didnt want to do the full 10 reps and risk anything. Have 2 days off from the gym coming up so hopefully the IGF-1 and GH will speed up the healing which I believe it will. Most likely just strain from doing close grip bench as its my front delt where its a little sore. Ok everyone have a good day of lifting.

Nice to have an extra day off when your moving big boy weights around. Need the extra time off to heal. Most likely going to start doing higher volume when the wife starts back again so we will be more or less training like a bodybuilder from here on out. Since she is my training partner we like to train the same way in every workout together. Its all about sacrifices for our loved ones. It will be a new experience for both of us. Most likely going to stay away from squats for a while and reintroduce deadlifts again in a couple weeks. Light weight baby!!!

Also done with the Masteron. Last week was my last shot at 100mg. Most likely not going to use it for another year unless I find I need it for erections while on NPP.

Already said no squats and lighter weights. 2 steps ahead of you. No more powerlifting in the future. Bodybuilding will be our main focus now.

I've done IGF-1 with clients and tested it myself, have you tried a lower dose @RoidRage69 , 50/50 mcg each LR3/DES? I find anything over 100mcg total doesnt give much gains unless you're going for the stage.
