Well today is my last shot of Tren Ace. Thank God I am ready to be done with that shit. LOL. 6 weeks is as long as I will go on it next time. 7 weeks is just too long. Had a decent session today. Went 20 lbs lighter on incline felt a little weaker. My weight is down about 7 lbs sine the last time I done them 2 weeks ago so not too bad. Ok everyone have a wonderful day and smash some PR's and get shredded!!!

anadrol pumps will be crazy @RoidRage69 I feel like bursting on it haha but bloat is a factor so level that out :)
 
Should I split the dose twice a day or is once a day in the morning 1 hour before workout good enough?
Personally I would split it to twice per day just based on the 9 hour half-life. But if you are just using it as a training boost, that is a little different than trying to keep blood hormone levels stable.

I would say my favorite compounds to use on any cycle to date is NPP, Masteron, and TNE in that order.

Absolutely don't need to increase iron levels. In fact they were too high to donate.

I am training for strength as I have a goal of breaking the 55-59 YO age group world records in all 3 lifts and total in the USPA federation. I have 2 years to do it as I eventually want to go pro in bodybuilding shortly after that happens.

I also train for maximum recovery. Hence the reason I only train 3 days per week. I am more careful now about my training than at any point in my life. PR's are going to be broken if the cycle is going to hand them out for the taking. I have no reason to hold back.

Had a fun day doing singles on the squat. Hoping to be able to do a 5x5 with todays top weight in about 8-10 weeks. I figure after I am done with this cut in 5 weeks I can start lifting heavier. I cant believe how much fat I've lost. The amount of loose skin I have on my lower abs is insane. I hope it wont cost much to have it surgically removed. I should get some photos up tomorrow. Lighting sucks in this apt so hopefully I can get it to show up properly. I am thinking about increasing my Anadrol dosage to 75mg on training days to take advantage of the workout. I think it will be ok as I am monitoring my bp and it has actually gone down since stopping the tren. About 125/76. Only taking 40mg Telmasartan and will go up to 80 if I have too. I am also going to front load the Masteron E to 300mg per week the first 2 weeks to get saturation levels in faster and then back off to 200mg if I notice my back feels like I am sleeping rocks. Ok everyone have a nice weekend and get strong AF!!!

How many days did you notice side effects from the anadrol?
Bros towards the end of the 14 days I was using it. Week 1 I was already getting extremely tired and fatigued by week two head aches and blood pressure started becoming bad enough I just dropped it. I gave the rest to my buddy and he’s getting similar effects now but his are more tame than mine were however he’s doing 100mg daily

Last time I did 315 was 2 months ago and 17 lbs heavier so I think I can still get 315 for sets of 3. I am excited as hell to see where I am at in another 4-6 weeks when I decide to end this cut. I am considering going a full 16 weeks or whatever it takes for my wife to see a good enough amount of weight loss to end it. I am willing to prolong and just keep on cutting if things keep on stripping away as well as they are right now. All I can say is that the rebound effect I am going to have will be off the charts. It will be right in the middle of the holiday eating season. Ok everyone have a good weekend and see you all back on Monday for Squat day!!!

I've been doing the chest supported machine lateral raises for the last year and have finally maxed out the stack so I figured I might as well try dumbells and I am glad I did. I feel it is a much better mass builder and I can see myself in the mirror. I feel I get way more intensity seeing myself in agony.

Every other week I do close grip bench and avoid shoulder press, it's my main compound lift for the day. It also gets front delts really good so it seems to work for me going directly into lateral raise after.

I ensure the press and bench have days between and only do face pulls for rear delts

Today was scheduled to be leg day but I've been having a hip pain that keeps coming back during sex so I'm taking today's leg day off the schedule to speed up the healing. Sexual performance priority over training. Hopefully it's all healed up by next week leg session. Since we're skipping legs today we might deadlift again on Friday if the hip gets better.

Maybe some hip thrusts to strengthen the muscle there ?

Had a good day today. I feel completely exhausted but was still able to hit some big weights. I dont know if I will be doing any cardio the next week as I stubbed my little toe into a piece of furniture last night and it split the nail right down the middle all the way to the end. I never thought something so small would bleed so much. It hurts like hell when doing any type of walking with shoes on. Will see how it feels tomorrow. Ok everyone have a nice week and get strong AF!!!

Strength still seems to be there damn near 100% no matter how much fat I lose. Pretty pleased with the progress of the fat loss and strength holding up. A very successful recomp taking place. Most likely going to deload next week for a couple sessions and go hard on deadlift day only since we only do them once every other week. Ok everyone have a final push to the end of the week and get strong and shredded with me!!!

A nice little easy Saturday session in the books. Taking it easy this week and eating whatever we feel like. I figure after 3 months of hardcore lifting and dieting I can take a week to recover.
