Had a good session today on the close grip bench. Looking forward to increasing it 10 lbs each session. Will go 275 next week and then 285 the week after. Will then do a deload and onto 295 for sets of 7 after that. I have a plan and am sticking too it. Ok everyone have a good finish to the week. Lets get Strong AF!!!
