Why no squats?
I’m trying to minimise the damage I cause on my fusion, supported still hurts so there is no point in me doing squats.
Before my surgery my favourite exercise was a front squat, I don’t hate them at all.

Also this is my second leg day for that split, first leg day had hack squats/legpress
