I am planning to start a bulk in July but I am starting this log now so I have time to prepare and take on any advice from the Evo family.

Goal
Gain 5kg of actual muscle. Aiming to finish around 80–85kg
Maintain around 12% body fat
Main focus will be to build my chest and legs as they are both lacking significantly compared to my arms and shoulders (short man genetics)
15-Week Cycle
All my PEDs have been provided by Gentex
Test E 400mg 1–15
EQ 400mg 1–15
Anadrol 50mg 1–4
Any feedback on doses etc. would be appreciated. Was originally going to go with Deca but the thought of bloat and Deca dick scared me off. Considered Tren again but might keep this one for the future. Primo would have been good but the shortage and all.
I have settled on EQ as I want to stay pretty tight during the bulk and the endurance benefits will help with my sport. Was also suggested by another member as a better compound to control my bulk.At this stage I chose to do a 1:1 ratio. I aromatise pretty heavily so will have to monitor E2 often, but not sure what it's going to do with the EQ. For reference, on the 500 test my E2 hit 800 by week 7–8 before getting it in range with 12.5mg Arimidex every day for 3 weeks. Should I take an AI EOD to begin with or see what the EQ does?
Nutrition
Starting in a slight deficit.
2500 calories to begin with and will increase over time
180–200g protein, rest fats and carbs
About 90% clean food, 10% flexible
Training Schedule
My current program each day revolves around a compound lift using 5/3/1 and I hit each muscle group twice a week. I made my training plan around my sport, which is 1 game and 2 training sessions per week. I just count this as extra cardio but keep a close eye on recovery to avoid injury.
Sunday: 1-hour walk
Monday: Shoulders and upper chest, 10-min HIIT, sport
Tuesday: Back and quads
Wednesday: 1-hour walk, sport
Thursday: Chest and side delts, 10-min HIIT
Friday: Legs and back, 10-min HIIT
Saturday: 1-hour walk, sport
I would love input into my training for this cycle. Should I stick to what is currently working or something like a P/P/L/R/P/P/L routine to increase volume? First 3 days heavy, the next 3 for volume.
I will post my training days, one full day of eating a week and the occasional check-in photo.
Once this cycle is complete I will cruise on TRT levels until I decide what I'm doing moving forward. Natural test has never been over 300 even prior to PEDs, so TRT is what I'm leaning towards.
