I got some pretty big goals. 30+ lbs of muscle gain in next 18 months is the goal. No sarm is going to get me there. S23 cant do what good old fashioned Testosterone will do. To be honest I think sarms are a waste of money for what you get out of them. Testosterone, masteron, deca, and eq are all cheap compared to sarms. Anavar is even cheaper than sarms. 50mg per day for 25 days is only $62.

Sarms are more expensive and not very effective compared to the real deal. Sarms are easier for companies to sell because they are not a controlled substance. Thats why they are pushed so hard on sites. I never plan on buying another sarm again. I will log what I have and give my thoughts later in the year. I might just let the Mrs. take them instead. Of courese I am talking about the muscle building sarms, not the stuff like cardarine. I think that possibly has a place and is probably the best one there is that cant be considered as a growth sarm, rather its a sarm to help with cardiovascular output and possible blood lipid control. In fact I dont even think its considered a sarm at all. MK 677 is also something I wont ever buy again. It is bad on blood sugars.

I cut out a lot of caffeine from my diet that seems to have helped a bit with the sleeping

You aren't wrong brother was last harm with gh and test vs most of use who are running alot more in the cycles, I offen have thoughts about the amount, im running 1000mg combine with 3 Injectables and it makes me nervous but I feel that is natural feeling that way.

I am trying to figure out how little I can use and get good results. I don't like to use an AI as I feel it just slows down your growth.

Yeah I'm going to use a small amount at the start just incase and adjust with bloods weeks in, im not running crazy amounts just 3 compounds it adds up u know

Not bad considering got less than 4 hours sleep. Also been out of the gym for 9 days. Taking it easy. Cycle starts in 10 days with increased Semaglutide to a therapeutic dose finally. With that in play I have to increase the androgen load. Looking forward to seeing how the strength goes up on 800mg of injectables per week vs 150mg TRT. I am expecting strength gains through the roof. Also using my back massager daily. Its amazing. Using the massage gun as well. Best thing Ive done in years was to get those two items. Its a game changer. Shoulder is doing extremely well since using them both. Just to give you folks an idea of my amount of sets done today. Did 4 sets of warmup on the first exercicse and the rest in my log is every set. No wasting time or sets. Legs are fried.

I got almost 6 hours sleep last night with good deep sleep. Seems as though I always get good sleep following a good hardcore workout. I also ate half a dozen tacos yesterday for dinner.

Now they our beautiful daughter just got us an awesome Nespresso machine for Christmas. That might be difficult. It makes a superior cup of coffee next to the Keurig! So good. ☕️

Took today off. Was supposed to be a cardio day. Decided to use my back massager for about 90 minutes and the massage gun for about an hour on my legs, arms, calves, delts, pecs. My gawd does that feel good. Amazing how it feels during and after. Should really speed up the recovery. I am stoked for my upcoming cycle.

I have my yearly physical tomorrow morning so if there is anything wrong we will find out. Decided to cut back on the SLDL. RPE of around 7. Could probably do 500 for sets of 8-10 but the pressure build up in my chest scared me enough to not push myself.

I checked his blood pressure tonight 136/84 that’s safe range. He took an aspirin just incase. Still worries me a bit though.

I think its some type of acidosis. My doctor wasn't too concerned. Will be getting blood and urine sample this week. Ive done more research and Lactic Acidosis is something that can happen on Metformin and Semaglutide. Will start taking sodium bicarb to combat it if it happens again. Will also increase magnesium. Anyway this morning was the worst pain i've ever gone through and i've gone through a shit ton of pain in my life. It sucked bigtime. All is good now. I rate the pain a 10 out of 10 that was going on.

The pain is completely gone. I woke up at 1 am in intense pain. Lasted about 60 minutes. Went back to bed and got about 30 minutes sleep and woke up again. Pain was pretty much gone. I hope nobody has to experience the amount of pain I had to go through. The workout today was heavy. I went to failure on pretty much every set. Did partials on a couple rows. I hope this is motivation for others on here. To go through so much pain and less than 1 hour of sleep to go in and get PR’s on back day. If that can’t motivate somone nothing will.

@RoidRage69 I dont think you can gain even 5lbs of muscle tissue on s-23, I've used it. But up to 2-3lbs for a newbie maybe @dylangemelli can comment on this.

I'm a fan of a lot of protein, if you can get liquid protein, touch up your protein level, get protein up to 300grams via liquids, should be easy for you.

Yes by itself I agree. I am stacking a bunch of things. Will be on 800mg of injectables with it as well as increasing my hgh dose a bit. Protein and total cals will also go up. I have lots of room to manipulate my body in any direction I wish to go. Do more or less cardio on any given week. Ive been doing this since starting this log. Its actually pretty damn easy.

if you want to be on 800mgs of gear s23 wont do that much but its a good aid to your cycle, but like I always say Protein is KING fact. Drink it and grow.

I am down 20 lbs in 8 weeks. I was 273 on Nov 27th. You should know that its never a strait line down everyday. Hard to believe you dont know this. I am also taking time off from cardio this last 10 days. I am manipulating my weight loss. I go down 20 lbs in a short peroid and then go sideways for two months and then down another 20 lbs in a short peroid. My weight loss chart shows it clear as day from the time I started this log. I am doing what I need to do with the least amount of muscle loss as possible while taking care of an injured shoulder. The shoulder is actually almost entirely healed. I am actually exceeding my expectations on this journey. My strength is shooting through the roof while I have lost over 40lbs and I have another 20-30 lbs to go to hit my goal before starting a bulk that will add over 30lbs of lean mass rather quickly. This cut is actually alot easier than I expected it to be. Cutting cals or adding when I feel like filling out is simple. Cutting back on cardio to limit muscle loss is simple. Why are you so short sighted? I hope you dont train your clients the way you act in my log.

I agree and I even stated so up above. I am not expecting too much muscle gain since I will be in a massive cal deficit at the same time increasing my semaglutide to a therapeutic dose. I do expect to put on lean mass though since I will be starting a good cycle of steroids to combat the semaglutide. I have been planning for this 1mg weekly dose for a while now all well knowing it is going to really speed up the weight loss. The first 8 weeks of semaglutide is a small dose to get the body ready for the therapeutic dose. The thing I like the most about it is the massive loss of visceral fat and stabilization of blood sugar. This is what it targets the most. My doctor was shocked when he saw me two days ago. Couldn't believe in the changes I have gone through. The most shocking for me is my strength gains while losing so much fat. My arms and legs are the same size now as they were when I was 40 lbs heavier at the start of this log so I must be doing something right.

I fully expect to go sideways on my weight loss over the next 8 weeks as my cycle will put on some serious lean tissue the first 8 weeks. I wouldnt be surprised to see my strength shoot up faster on this cycle than any other time in the last 8 months. My body is ready to add lean tissue. I have been training relatively light and easy the last 2 months. Haven't done a Hammer Row in over 8 weeks. Hoping to start doing heavy deadlifts and squats again soon. Hoping to do sets of 500+ on deads for 5x5 and 450+ for squats. My mind is even more ready which is the most important part. Training is 110% mental. If you don't have the will you at least need a world class training partner to push your hard which I am lucky to have.

I bet I could put on 15-20lbs of lean mass in 8 weeks though if I tried. Being in a slight surplus would be easy to do so. But I am not going to do that. I am going to stay on my goal of dropping fat down to below 10% by end of Summer. This way I can reward myself by doing a hardcore cycle of Tren, GH, and Insulin.

I'm not using it. I've heard it discussed on Mark Bell's Power project. There are so many different strains/versions and ways to consume. Which method pills/powder are you using? Also is it a daily protocol or only as needed? I have heard it can be addictive? I would like to try it to see if it helps in any way.

Yeah it can be addictive thats for sure so you have to be careful. I use the bulk powder red vein. It gives a sense of calm. Lowers heart rate and makes it easier to diet imo. I use it pretty much every 6 hours when I am awake. Just dont abuse it is all I can say as it can get you pretty high if you take too much. Dont drive after taking it. The biggest benefit I notice is it helps with pain. My shoulder feels much better now. Of course my shoulder is also probably not as inflamed either so I am sure its only part of the reason it feels better. I was using pot but I dont like the way I feel on it. I get that paranoid feeling like its hard to breathe so I stopped using that and switched to kratom. Its really cheap if you buy in bulk. I bought a kilo for $140. Thats enough for half a year.

This cut is actually alot easier than I expected it to be. Cutting cals or adding when I feel like filling out is simple. Cutting back on cardio to limit muscle loss is simple. Why are you so short sighted? I hope you dont train your clients the way you act in my log.

@RoidRage69 I think you're coming at me for no reason bro. I'm telling you my views that you are at 250 range now right? so that means you need to stay a bit before bulking maybe at 230-240. You can do it or not, up to you.
I do think getting strong and getting lean is not related and all would agree with that here. So you say 30lbs before you hit a bulk well then we agree.
 
that article, like any sponsored article in tribune india, decan herald etc. are paid publications that many sarms sites put out to go along with their fake reviews.. at the bottom of all of these "articles" they say they are paid for advertisement, often written with an AI or some other nonsense that has a motive..

night sweats is absurd and ridiculous with the sides as is the idea one would gain up to 20 pounds. especially on a compound that has no aromitization.. whoever wrote this either is one of the most idiotic inexperienced people out there or didnt proof an AI..

i am on day 17 on it and absolutely love it.. strength is through the roof, up 3 lbs and very dry... i still eat at a deficit as well.. you will love it.. .

as far as protein powder, watch this video review i did... this is my go to brand..

My heart rate is already low at rest I couldn't take something that would make it even lower lol, im already between 39-43 for resting heart rate as it is.

I am not doing a bulk until next fall. I am cutting in a 1500 cal deficit with no plans on changing that. I will continue to peel off fat. I think you ignore alot of what I say or you have a hard time reading. I am not sure which one it is. Again I repeat I am not bulking. My waste is way smaller and continues to shrink everyday.
