Pretty good session today. Deadlifts were speedy. Went back and looked at video and 5th rep was as fast as the 1st rep of each set. 1.5 sec bottom to top. Hoping to be at 500 by months end on 5x5, 545 by April 1st and 585 for 5x5 sometime in early June towards end of cycle. Might just have to add Anavar the final 4 weeks of the cycle to see if I can hit those numbers as long as the shoulder is healthy. If I can hit 585 for a 5x5 I am well on the road to a world record deadlift for my age group and weight class.

This NPP I am taking is absolutely frigging amazing. I can't believe how good my shoulder feels since starting it last Monday. Only taking 100mg 3x week. With hands down it is my favorite steroid now. It has a purpose.

Mrs. RoidRage was an absolute beast today. She wore a tanktop doing deadlifts. Probably helps get my androgen levels up watching her. 🤤 LOL.

Day off from the gym. Tomorrow might be either cardio or Squats haven't decided yet. Might take a full week off from lifting.
Time off is needed as much as we don't like it, I know for me since doing the 3 days on and the rest of the week off other than doing my cardio it's helping me alot.
 
@RoidRage69 potatoes right? high carbs there but weight is 247 so you looking good. Would love to see picture around 240.
By months end I should be able to show you pics of 239. Everyday I look into the mirror I see a mass monster in the making.

I had less than 150 grams carbs for the day. It was squat day and I normally eat 300 grams of carbs, but I am taking advantage of the semaglutide and going lower carbs on all days.

Yes cardio only. I only lift 3-4 days per week. My workouts are extremely intense and require lots of rest. I fall asleep on the couch everyday after my workout. I have been eating 3 meals per day since I started ozempic. 400-500 cals per meal is about the max I can eat. Eating about 70-80 grams protein per meal. 50 grams of fiber per day on the low end. 15,000mg of Omega3 everyday. Under 100 grams carbs per day.
 
When using IGF-1 it is recommended to use GHRP and GHRH. I am already using HGH so do is it still recommended to use both of those? Also I could realistically lower my HGH dose down if using the above stack is what I am thinking. Would of course only use the IGF1 stack for 4-6 weeks on and 8 weeks off to combat sides. Have a choice between Hexarelin and Ipamamorlin for the GHRP. Sounds like either is fine since I am not going long cycle. Of course I would also likely add the Mod GRF as well.

Going to stop taking Semaglutide and most likely cutting my cycle way short. Going to give body a break. Might take a couple weeks off from lifting as well. Enjoy the weekend.
What you did so far is very impressive, well deserved break!

@RoidRage69 having followed you from day 1, you've made an amazing transformation, respected. But I don't think you should be gaining weight now.

In my view, as someone who trains a lot of bodybuilders, I suggest you stay at the cutter you're doing now. Let's face it, you had to use semaglutide to lose bodyfat, so you should dedicate yourself to that.

You're 247 now right? I dont think (looking back at old pics) you should be doing any bulking even "lean" bulking. Get down to 220lbs before talking about any weight gain. you'll live longer, look better and feel better. Thats my suggestion as your iron brother.

i would have thought you would lose more and then do it down the road
 
I would have rather seen you cut down more
but if you want to bulk back up with lean mass then you have our support

but I would love to see you continue to cut down and get closer to 220 pounds before bulking back up

I need to put on lost muscle for a month and then reassess. I’ve been cutting since July and am burning out. I need to build back better. Starting Monday I am going to be in surplus on lifting days and under maintenance on non lifting days. I expect to gain zero body fat. My metabolism will be through the roof. Will try and get 350-400 grams protein on lifting days and 300 on non lifting days.

This is all based on what I believe with my experience using semaglutide. I feel 8 weeks is the max it should be used in small doses. As long as I am not taking it I am not going to cut. I also feel you get receptor downgrade so it’s best to use in small stints. Will be looking forward to massive strength and size over the next month.

Tonight’s dinner with family. I’m so proud of my meat!!! Goes in oven at noon. Comes out at 5pm. 13lb boneless prime rib.

Cutting is my primary goal. Gaining miscle
Is also another goal. In 6 months I will be considerably leaner than today. Imo it’s a bad idea to cut for many months without a break. Need to build back up for a short period. I will still be losing fat.
 
Been following you since the get go brother. I totally understand the burnout of cutting and have seen you meet and exceed all the goals you have set. I am sure you’ll put the muscle on without any fat. Excited to see how how this goes man.

@RoidRage69 gaining muscle is of course all of our goals but like I said, I think you have time to cut more.
You can guild up a bit if you want lets see it on a recomp. That will require higher protein intake a LOT higher.

I am planning 350+ grams on lifting days starting tomorrow. Maybe as high as 400 grams. All depends how fast the semaglutide leaves the system.

Like he says. We’ve been in a deficit with a very small carb cycling stratagy. This will give that break. And I think the very slow gut we’ve been living with will welcome the break from the Semaglutide. It will allow for it easier to get protein in the belly. We’re training really hard. Gaining great strength. So to get the bit of muscle back sooner vs later should be easier. So I’m on board with it.

I am in agreence with you on this as long as your “build back better” plan has nothing to do with Joe Biden. Cuz that plan has been terrible!

@RoidRageWife lets see where the new direction takes you guys. I think if he goes up protein @RoidRage69 can make serious gains in muscle mass around 400 grams of protein.
