Same here, did a bench session with a big dude this week, feels that I have more energy and gut to push harder and more reps with a good spotter

Hahah nah brother it was atleast 3-4 bulks in that time, I think at one point I was up to like 18-20% body fat 😂😂 just the end results seem like I stayed lean hahaha

There are advantages and disadvantages to training with people

some gyms are more social than others it's really fascinating but a gym environment is very crucial
100% even if I don’t train with people this gym I go to has a lot of hardcore bodybuilders everyone also helps each other which is good.

So woke up today super wrecked from yesterdays leg session lol definitely did major damage maybe a little too much lmao. All day today had the worst fucking headache, such a pain in the ass… on the bright side pinned my first ever TREN 😅 and had a good chest workout as well.

Like I mentioned before Sunday is when Ill start prepping for this coming cut even though this cruise was not too long definitely still pushed some progress. Will start implementing cardio again on most training days still unsure if ill continue a 6 day split (currently on a 5 day) since lifting with higher intensity just not getting the adequate recovery times necessary to push at 110%.

Although I'm 100% bored with what I eat, food is for function and performance in the gym. Diet will stay the same with 2500 calories to start with.

This blast will consist of the following
/Per week dosages
Test E 400mg
Primo 300mg
Tren Ace 50mg EOD (first week) (200mg P/week)
Tren Ace 85mg EOD (following weeks) (340mg P/week)

Yes sirrr been stuffing my face with tons of carbs and protein so no worries there lmao pretty much full recovered already. Will take a 3 day deload before my next growth / cut phase.
 
you are a ballsy you're using tren this time of year. i won't do it. I found it impossible to hydrate
I am going to use 150-200mg per week starting mid July. Nothing wrong with a little sweat. LOL.
I already sweat like a dog cycle or no cycle 🤷🏽‍♂️😆 so won’t change too much imo got a ton of electrolyte packets always on hand as well.

Me too, I'm supposed to start var back up in two weeks, but I'm leaving for Panama. So I'll start it when I get back. It will be week 6 of the cycle instead of 5.

Appetite is shot though it’s a little better today. Sleep has been fantastic probably best I’ve had in many months. I love tren 😂😂

I agree brother, i”m also doing daily 15k steps so hopefully that evens out the playing field. I’m gradually adding in the cardio back up to 20-30 min pw like i had before 5x a week
