Approved Log 16 week Testosterone Cardarine N2Guard Cycle Log

I am just doing trt through the summer. Then will see if I can get my natural test to come back. It was hovering around 450 pre cycle so I am not sure if trt is the way to go long term or not.

Here is a comparison shot between day 1 and today. This is at the end of the evening when I’m looking my softest.
@ajg223 you look VERY good, positive improvement
abs arms shoulders just all perfect man :)

lets switch to a TRT log, so we can stay with you on your journey and from TRT log prep the next cycle

Thank you. I have gotten a tremendous amount of compliments on my progress from people and my wife is also a big fan which doesn’t hurt the ego.

Will do about the TRT log. Still have two weeks of this cycle but will start a new log for the summer.

@ajg223 the compliments are because you are making amazing improvements, you look better and stronger with more mass, impressive man :)

on the TRT log, for sure as this cycle ends push into the TRT log, we'll all back you

and update your training/diet as you go last 2 weeks

proud of you man you are doing great
you keep on going consistent and showing us how it's done

you can hit the brakes a little bit post cycle
it really depends on how you feel

I like the humility in your log
no need for an ego people are so damn insecure

most important thing you love yourself
compliments from others are just that

you've made some great improvements
keep up the good work

Vets got you

Thanks for all the love guys. Goes a long way. It’s been a tough week. My daughter was in the hospital for a few days with GI issues. Still don’t know exactly what’s going on but have ruled out anything serious which is a relief. Got back in the gym today and hoping things get back to normal here. Here is tonight’s training.

She isn’t getting worse. We have some more appointments next week. They say it’s not serious, but can’t tell us what the issue is yet. Have to trust the people smarter than me.

My food intake wasn’t the best. Getting whatever protein I could. Didn’t eat terribly, just not enough. Back on track tomorrow though.

i grew up with GI issues man. they never figured out what it was but as an adult i put the puzzles together it was IBS. this is why i follow a low FODMAP diet. it works for me, zero gut issues now as an adult. try that with your daughter and do it 100%. what killed me as a kid was garlic, onions and tomato sauce, those are the worse offenders and it was a big part of my diet

also my SO grew up with crohns and the docs never were serious about putting her on a proper diet. they just gave her the standard avoid red meat and alcohol stuff which is obvious but doesn't really help. after i also put her on a low FODMAP diet she is 1000% better where she no longer needs meds.

i'm no doctor but you guys know how well versed and educated i am with diet and things like stomach issues are very hard to diagnose going to
a doctor and talking to them for 2 minutes. if it is diet related make sure you track what she is eating down to a tee and see if you can figure things out.. it could even be a gluten intolerance which is also a hard one to crack for a doctor since gluten is hidden in a lot of things including things you wouldn't suspect like candy for example

Thank you so much for this thoughtful response. You make a lot of sense. I will definitely do some research and have a serious conversation with her about it. She is 11, so having her understand that there can be no “cheating” or we won’t be able to figure it out.

very nice job on your biceps

nice work out you hit your arms really good

Sad to see this cycle coming to an end. Finally seeing massive changes almost daily at this point. Every day I’m looking/feeling leaner. Hoping I can continue to lean out when the cycle ends in two weeks.

Early morning workout today. Long day ahead so took it fairly easy.

@ajg223 how long until you're done with the cycle ?
you can do more weeks imo no matter what

no need to push the body anymore come off and take a break

Yeah, I am in agreement that it’s time to come off and recover. My goal is one to two cycles a year. Spring then Fall. What is going to be the key to not undoing all the progress I’ve made? I’m going to do trt at least through August and then do a proper PCT. I know diet is going to be key. I plan to eat at maintenance to -10%. I was thinking about moving away from bodybuilding to more of an athletic
type of program. More plyometrics and functional lifting. I definitely need to focus more on my flexibility and endurance.

@ajg223 if you're on TRT for the next few months, we need to do TRT with training and diet otherwise gains will be logs bro
you start a NEW log with your self TRT and we push into there

Good job

Got in a second workout today. Trying to squeeze as much as possible out of these last few weeks of the cycle.

IMG_2575.webp

As for the TRT plan. I was planning on pinning 200 or so a week. Getting bloods taken after a few weeks and adjusting based on that. At the end of August I am hoping to PCT and see what kind of levels I can get back to naturally and how I feel. This will determine whether I continue with TRT or go totally natural until my next cycle after the first of the year.

See my tips thread - lots of 'keeping your gains' info

2 workouts in a day is solid brother good work love your work ethic 💪

make sure you adjust the TRT dosing
you don't want to run too much

so essentially it sounds like you're cruising
and then you're trying to recover

be careful staying on all the way till August
if you want to recover you should come off now and see if you recover don't wait

are you going through a doctor on this or is it self trt
just curious on that
Self treated. Discussed with my doctor who is not completely against it based on past test levels but says I’m not at a place where it would be her first course of action.

What is a “typical” dosage? I’m looking to toe that line between beneficial and harmful. I’m not looking to trash my cholesterol long term.

@ajg223 for self TRT start with 100-150mgs/week split dose, if you get the 250mgs/ml testosterone most of it, split into 125mgs/week shots and cut those 1/2 1/2 mon/thur

hows your training? you feeling good? share bro :)

Thank you. That’s where I will start. How long after I transition to TRT should I get bloods?

Training has been amazing. Back squatted 315lbs for a set of 10 for the first time ever today with at least another 10-20lbs in the tank. Before my cycle my one rep max was 370. I haven’t tested new one reps because I am often the only one in the gym so I am hesitant to push myself to the edge for safety reasons.

I will be uploading a series of photos this week to show the final result. I didn’t lean out as much as I wanted but my diet wasn’t perfect. It was good but not great.

This experience has been better than I could have dreamed. I owe a lot of those feelings to this community. The advice, support, and even hard truths that I have been given by all of you have been the difference. So thank you to everyone who has participated in this log.

One area I have regressed is my flexibility, athleticism, and cardiovascular capacity. So I will be transitioning to more of a hybrid programming that includes plyometrics, some HIIT, as well as compound lifts. I will be continuing updates as I move to the new log next week.

Finally, today’s training:

I stay right around 150 mgs a week

@ajg223 I would wait about 4 weeks on self-TRT before getting bloods, give time for things to level out first

you're doing amazing on the reps 315 is impressive bro :)

and this is why a log is crucial the EVO family supports you and guides you as a big family, you get all the love and support of a training family in 1 place :)

That'll come down to the esters, half lives and clearence times of the PEDs of the cycle.

You are a strong guy for sure
three plates is always legit

it boils down to your blood work
but most people will get good results on 150

be careful with trt not to run too much
you don't want any estrogen issues

make sure you follow up with us and any changes you make
this way we don't get confused

Just finishing up today’s training.

Yesterday’s was short as I had to caddy all day.

IMG_2588.webp
Plus 6 mile walk with two golf bags on my shoulders. It’s not even zone 2, but I guess it’s not nothing either.

I will be starting a new log this week about my TRT and post cycle training/diet.
