Google maps 😁 it’s actually wild that you really see the effects of your cut when you start eating in a surplus or higher carbs. Training in a deficit my pumps wouldn’t be nearly close to what they are now… gonna miss it Xd

I love my gym, doesn’t matter what time I go I can easily do the workout without asking people to jump in on a piece of equipment. It’s bodybuilder friendly 😅

It’s a little defeating feeling going from 232 fully carb loaded down to 222 in 2 days doesn’t it?
When I got on the scale this morning I was genuinely shocked lol I never went back to baseline that quickly after such a high carb binge

scale sometimes does a lot of weird things in our body has mechanisms that are illogical but make sense if you dig deep into how our bodies work
I find it fascinating really, like you said the more you know how the body works and can capitalize on it
 
I don’t think I’m quite there yet, how would one know as well without having something to check for ketones ?
They have ketone straps at the drug store you can pee on. Do it first thing in the morning

I live in a very cold place up here in West Canada and some people do have saunas in their homes but it's very expensive

you can buy ketone strips from the drugstore and post them you need to probably fast for at least 18 or 20 hours to be in a deep state
 
The last place I want to have sex is inside a 175 degree environment. I sweat hard enough in 70 degrees.
No doubt, I'd pass out having sex in that damn thing... get off, pass our, bust my skull...it wouldn't be pretty 😜

If you can handle the Tren dosage I would go as long as you can but only if the gains don’t slow down and u don’t feel sick.
Bro sides only really kick in when I’m hungry lol otherwise I’m cruising. I have 2 vials left so gonna finish it at this dosage and hop on cruise for a few weeks and get ready for the offseason

I am scared how strong it will make me. I hope I have the will to hold back.
I hold off when I’m very depleted and push heavier after refeeds been working well so far
 
I tend to lower volume and increase the weight when in deficit. I think volume is more harmful than weight moved. Just have to stay hydrated.
I vary now tend to do a heavy chest on Monday and more eccentric focused on Thursdays still pushing to failure on top sets

spread carbs out on tren. its gonna be like a sponge in that muscle .. that will help with sides
Doing low carb right now about 100g daily. Also zero sides on tren so far really and I’m in the 7th week. I’m not counting night sweats really since they don’t happen to frequently anymore and the heightened aggression comes on and off depending how steep my deficit for the week is as well. Very manageable imo if your mind is at peace.

Either that or all the negatives reviews on tren had no idea how to run a cycle properly 😂 although anadrol fucked me up haha had to cut it after two weeks Xd
