Alright so this will be my third log and second cycle. Plan is to pin on Monday and Thursday. All gear is from @domestic-supply.com and the Test/EQ is a Beligas brand blend. Cycle plan below:

Weeks 1-14
Test E 400mg
Eq 400 mg(first week will be 200mg just to make sure I don’t have a weird reaction to it)
1mg Armiidex(.5 mg Tuesday and Friday)
Fish oil
N2Guard

Weeks 1-6
Winstrol 50mg everyday before workout

Primary goal is lean mass and body fat reduction. Had my first dose of winstrol this morning before workout and no issues there.

Meal plan will consist of:

Breakfast:
6 scrambled eggs, avocado

Lunch 1 and lunch 2:
Chicken, 1 cup of veggies and 1/2 cup of rice

Dinner:
Tuna/Salmon and veggies

Will make a concerted effort to consume red meat atleast once a week. Will also be more detailed and include weekly picture updates.

Workout split:
Chest with some triceps at the end
Back with some biceps at end
Shoulders
Legs
Arms plus flat bench/chest pre movement

Workout from this morning below:

Hammer incline chest press: 45x15 70x12 80x12 90x10 100x6
Dumbbell incline fly: 4 sets of 12 30 pounds
Machine fly: 120x12 120x12 120x12 120x15
Dips: 180x12 180x12 180x12 180x12
Tricep push down: 100x20 100x20 100x20
30 minutes of cardio

Also got the beard coming in nice and thick. Wife absolutely loves it. She doesn’t want me to shave anymore just trim it up. I love it too so I definitely plan to keep it. I don’t miss shaving everyday back when I was still in military.

Good man start low and assess the tolerance my general rule is if it affects me negativity mentally or physically or both I drop the compound and contiune the cycle without it.

Congratulations on the third cycle and choosing Domestic Supply for the gear is a great choice, the Beligas brand is excellent I have experience with it very high quality.

Make sure to keep an eye on blood pressure and donate blood if any situation occurs, EQ can thicken the blood a fair amount, nothing major just monitor better safe than sorry.

I am excited to see how you fair on this cycle 💪

Winny is on my list of compounds I want to run so I will be curious to see how it treats u definitely document your experience for us.

Yeah my blood pressure was 110/64 last week when I went to the doctor. Blood pressure has definitely improved since I got on here. Likely a combination of diet and more consistent exercise. Diet especially, I am eating healthier than I ever have.

Had my first dose of winstrol this morning 50mg. I know some people report getting nauseous or a headache but I had no such issue. Felt great. I went back to the gym and did another 30 minutes of cardio because my energy levels were sky high. They are still sky high now, feel like I could go back for a third time lol.

As for the workouts I am definitely going to be smarter about how I increase volume and make sure I take the time to actually do a proper warm up and stretch…particularly on chest and shoulder days. I don’t want anything getting in the way and keeping out of the gym.

Also getting ready to start school again. I already got a masters degree but I got to do like another 2 years of school to get certified. Life is good and I should be starting in my next career path in August or September. Got a lot to look forward to and a lot to live for. Crazy to think about how much of a mess I was a year a go in comparison to today. Well the future is bright!

Indeed life is good besides when u leave the grocery store with 6 items and pay 60 dollars then it's sucks like right now for me lol 😆

Yeah my BP is typically pretty low I've noticed on cycle when it really starts to peek I can feel it go up and notice it, it tappers off after a couple weeks.

Typically I'm right in the same spot as you for BP, cardio definitely will improve blood flow and BP numbers it's why I always do it 3-4 times a week for atleast 45 minutes.

I just might try and avoid the fillers u have in pills and go for the oil and just suffer and drink that winny lol.

Today was back day and had a lot of fun!

Rack pull: 135x15 185x12 225x10 275x4
Seated row: 165x15 150x12 135x15 120x15
Straight arm pulldown: 4 sets of 15 at 100 pounds
Lat pulldown: 4 sets of 12 at 120 pounds.
Biceps curls: did several sets but didn’t track just wanted to get a good pump

Thinking I may start adding in close grip pulldowns to my back day starting next week. Think I got some good volume here but thinking I should do more just based on how I am currently feeling.

Had my first dose of Test/EQ blend last night and it was very smooth. No swelling, redness or anything else. Can’t even tell I injected anything back there lol. Thinking my initial injection problems at start of first cycle were just my body getting used to it. Definitely seem to have a good tolerance now. Also had my second dose of 50mg winstrol tab this morning. No issues there either.

On the lateral raises, thinking I might need to lower these to 12.5 or 10 pounds. Feel like 15 pounds sometimes puts some weird kind of strain on the left shoulder. Doesn’t hurt just doesn’t feel good. Will try 12.5 pounds next week and go from there.

Lateral raise: 3 sets of 15 at 15 pounds

Today was leg day and the gym was hot unfortunately. Been pretty nice the last few days but today was warm. Good and sweaty lol.

Plate loaded machine squat: 234x12 324x10 374x8 324x12 234x10 (last 2 sets were drop sets)
Leg curl: 4 sets of 20 120 pounds
Leg extension: 4 sets of 15 120 pounds
Calf raise: 4 sets of 15 195 pounds
Romanian deadlift: 4 sets of 12 115 pounds

Drop sets on the squat was pretty fun. Tomorrow is arm day!

For the tricep work with the exception of dips I really enjoy starting with the heaviest weight first. This is a lot of fun and feels really good. I also start my teacher certification process in about a month. Got a busy road ahead.
 
The squats and deadlifts are light and more so compared to the isolation lifts
For the Romanian deadlift, should I be focusing on increasing the weights on these? Typically I do them nice and slow to get a good stretch which is why I do them lighter. Definitely open to suggestions on a better way to do these. For the squats I haven’t done those in a while but those will be every leg day from now on. Plan to increase the weight next week.

Increase weight by 10 lbs every week until you fail.

Have you tried changing the angle and position of the movement for the Lateral raises ? Standing vs sitting height etc ?

Worked up to 105 pounds per hand on the incline press and it was much less challenging than last weeks working up to 100 pounds. Winstrol seems to be kicking in. Good workout overall and shoulders feels good.

Overall I am feeling great. 8 doses in on the 50mg of Winstrol and not experiencing any sides yet. The Test/EQ injections last week went smoothly. Today is my third one. Got back tomorrow and just feeling good and motivated.

Alright so today was my 9th dose of Winstrol and still feeling good. Also had my Test-EQ 400mg blend (200mg each) last night and went super smooth. Weights are feeling lighter and I am trying to not do what I did last time and increase the weights too much too soon. It is tempting though lol.

Rack pulls: 135x15 185x12 235x10 285x4
Seated row: 165x15 150x15 135x15 120x15
Cable lat pulldown: 150x10 135x12 120x12 120x12
Close grip pulldown: 135x12 120x12 105x12 105x12

Several sets of bicep curls for an added pump.

Couple things to note. For the rack pulls, 235x10 felt easy but the 285x4 felt pretty taxing on the lower back. Probably need to get one of those back braces or maybe try a sumo type stance/grip. Think it may have something to be with my height and having long arms.

For the straight arm pulldowns, usually I do a straight bar but today I did the rope attachment. This was more challenging but felt much better on the lats. Better range of motion. Plan to do these moving forward.

For the rows and lat pulldowns, plan to continue to do reverse pyramid sets. As long as the first set is completed in the 12-15 range I will increase the weight the following week by the smallest increment on the machine which will be 15 pounds.
 
No but I will give that a try.
The weight of the movement the how far out u hold the dumbbells the positioning of them, if can all be utilized to tweak the movement.

@BrightFuture do the reverse pyramid but dont go high on shoulders just on back chest, so no injuries bro :)

Also want to say that I have gotten 2 compliments this week at the gym on how big my shoulders are getting. Wife comments on them all the time as well. She’s loving it and the beard lol.

Also want to say that I have gotten 2 compliments this week at the gym on how big my shoulders are getting. Wife comments on them all the time as well. She’s loving it and the beard lol.

I will pick up some joint support tomorrow and start taking it immediately. Was just doing vitamin D but I see there are some much better options out there.

N2Guard covers the joints as well? I know Vitamin D is important for that.

get basic glucosamine chondroitin msm and start adding collagen to your diet like bone broth
 
Today was day 10 of Winstrol and still feeling really good. Today was also shoulder day and weights are feeling much lighter. I almost went for a 5th set of 110 on on the shoulder press but decided to slow down instead. I also did the lateral raises a little differently. Grabbed the dumbbells at my side but slightly in front of me and a slight angle with my hands. Felt much better but also more challenging.

Try the usual form but you lean forward a little too

Oh ok yeah I was looking at my N2Guard bottle and didn’t think it had the joint support stuff in it. I purchased the glucosamine chondroitin this morning.

Alright so today was leg day and 11th dose of Winstrol. Feeling pretty amazing right now. Also picked up a joint support supplement although up to this point I don’t feel like I need it. Taking it anyway as a precaution.

Hammer squat: 234x20 324x15 414x12 434x10
Romanian deadlift: 135x12 145x11 155x8
Leg extension: 140x15 120x15 100x20 90x20
Leg curl: 120x20 135x20 150x12 120x18
Calf raise: 215x20 215x20 215x15 215x15

I was surprised at how relatively easy the 434 pounds on the hammer squat was. I definitely can do more and plan to do more next week. Just got to have a balance between increasing the weights without getting too greedy. I have to say the Winstrol is unreal. I can see why some people end up with joint issues while taking because the strength increases have been more than I expected. I knew I would get stronger but I was not anticipating how much easier everything feels.

I am not seeing any physique differences yet but this is only week 2. Plus I am also on the test/eq but I know the eq takes longer to get going. Overall I feel incredible. Muscles feel great and more importantly my joints feel great too.
