Damn dude!! Just catching up. Sorry to hear this. It’s really good that you made the decision to go to the hospital. Some people are too stubborn. Glad they got that removed and now you can focus on getting better. Don’t worry about your cycle. Get on the mend. I’m curious what they said about your bloodwork since you had organ failure going on.

But it will be quite a while before the doctors allow me too. I’m still weak, especially in the legs, walking takes a lot of air from my lungs and leaving me breathless very quickly. The bloat has gone down drastically but there is still some. Stomach is still weak, I sleep most of the day other than getting up to eat or bathroom. But every week that goes by I notice my strength returning a little more. Stay well and stay blessed my brothers. ( do some extra reps for me , lol )

how long did they say you need time off?
 
The bloat and inflammation is important as your body goes through the healing process so don't stress over that
get some rest and you'll be back before you know it
you got a strong body before this so that will speed up your recovery
 
We know you missed the training but now is the time to heal your body
last thing you need is to be in a dirty gym getting all that stress on the body
 
rest up we hope to see you back soon
when did the doctor say you would be cleared
 
a lot of times experiences like this are important
make sure you realize how fragile life is in short
 
people usually come back strong from this type of thing
it makes you realize how blessed you are to just be healthy every day

I have been cleared by all the doctors and surgeons, and taken off all medications and pain killers.
It will be a long road back for it seems I have lost most all of my progress from the last 4 years. And my journey back will be without any anabolics, I will not be able to afford any gear for quite a long while to come. My medical bills are astronomical!
Anyway I am blessed to be alive and healthy and for that I am truly grateful, as for my organs failure it has nothing to do with anything except being unlucky, here is what I look like now… my journey begins today to at least get to where I was before hospitalization, but I doubt I can go beyond my previous size without anabolics… will start with full body workouts for the first 2 weeks then will do a P/P/L twice weekly with one day rest between the cycle. KEEP PUMPING THAT IRON my brothers and sisters!!!💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

Yes, I was just unlucky, doctors say some people get gallstones and catch it early enough and medicine can resolve it, some get it because of genetics some get it because of what they eat or do not eat, some it’s hereditary, some like me it’s just bad luck, and was so severe it caused most all my other organs to start to fail ( multiple organs failing) heart rate was 198 / 138 at hospital, going into cardiac arrest, heart was beginning to shut down, they gave me multiple nitroglycerin pills to bring it back, this it what I looked like at the moment when I came back alert and realize where I was… yes I am very blessed to be alive , and I encourage all my brothers and sisters in EVO family DO NOT BE STUBBORN LIKE ME, get your yearly exams!!! It could save your life!!!! It looked like I aged 20 years that night 🫣

Thank you so much brother, first week back in gym, will post progress pictures in two weeks, feel a little stronger with every workout session… taking it slow first few weeks to let my body become adjusted back to training… three months did me well for healing… good luck on your big show coming up brother! I know you are going to take that trophy 💪🏻💪🏻

This. And I could still be better (I've binned off 2x prostate cancer sample test kits sent to me by the NHS recently). But even my generation is better than the ones before. Women tend to be perfectly ok with seeing the doc. Yet, for too long, older men waited until they were hanging on before going.

It's also why we encourage blood tests

I think that steroid use also increases the chance of things like this happening so we all should be getting tested
I believe getting blood work on cycle is critical, and a must is getting your yearly exam with your primary care doctor for organ and cancer screening, it could help avoid what I had to go through and could potentially save your life if you have an illness and catch it early enough for some minor medication to resolve it, instead of it progressing to a point that it becomes life threatening…

Thank you brother… No, training natty, medical bills really making it financially tough right now, I can not afford gear, just pushing extra hard in the gym and eating very clean with very high protein… medical bills are astronomical so I will not be able to buy gear until probably late 2025😓

I may maybe once, budget so tight right now, my mortgage and credit cards and everything is so behind, I’ll be playing catch up for quite some time… not sure how TRT doses would help, especially when I was running close to a gram, lol… 😂

I think 200mgs even too much, right now just straight self TRT for recovery, 100-125mgs testosterone enanthate /week, 10mls would be like 20 weeks for you :)

3 sets, 20-30 reps with very slow eccentric and concentric focus on mind muscle connection and squeezing the muscle… first set able to do 30, second was only 21, final set could only get14

LEG/ARMS/DELTS
*Biceps
-Standing Dumbbell Curls
5 sets, 10-12 reps, 35, 40, 45, 50lbs, last set back off set for high reps to failure, (18 reps)
-Seated Concentration Dumbbell Curls
3 sets to failure, 35lbs
-Seated Forearm Wrist Curls
5 sets, 30lb dumbbells to failure
*Triceps
-Seated overhead Dumbbell Extensions
5sets, 2 sets 35lbs, 3sets 40lbs all to failure
-Cable Rope Pushdowns for triceps
3sets 10-12 reps all to failure
-Cable Bar Triceps Pushdowns
3sets 10-12 reps very slow eccentric exploding on concentric
*QUADS
-Seated Leg press machine
5sets, 10 reps, first set two plates one on each side, 4 plates, 6 plates, 6 plates 2 quarters, 6 plates 2quarters
-Leg extension Machine
5 sets, all to failure, with very slow eccentric explode concentric with pause at top squeezing the quads. ( got off machine almost fell down, had to sit for 10 minutes before I could walk) 😂
*DELTS
-Overhead Dumbbell Presses

big training day, even with injury you pushing to the limit @LeNguyen but dont over do weight slow and steady
