So funny enough when I’m in a cut my sleep tends to get shorter but mostly I feel as rest as if I’d sleep 7-8 hours oddly enough 😂🤷🏽‍♂️ usually when I’m deep into it though around the 10% bf mark my sleep goes to shit

Also forgot to mention but Semaglutide is working so effectively I'm in complete shock. No side effects anymore heart burn has gone away, bowel movements are normal but the appetite suppression is wild its not like you'd expect your just actually full and satiated no matter how much you eat which is incredible, I still get all my meals in no issues but I don't dream about food per say due to the high deficit. Highly recommend using its literally a cheat code to dieting hahaha. Ill keep yall updated to deeper I get into the cut but so far its all positive.

Told you it was a miracle drug. I predicted last year it would take the bodybuilding scene by storm. It will be huge for bodybuilding.

The incredible thing is how well it makes liver numbers go down. Last time I took it my liver numbers were normal on cycle.

Yup eating not an issue tbh, I could probably still down the same amount of food I was during bulk if I really wanted to just actually being full from the food is what has changed for me. Staying full also for many more hours after the meal unlike before the moment I'd finish maybe 30 min later I would be hungry again lol.

impressive, lets see how you do with this :) @Losiol

You're the only person I know who can do 2000 cal per day and then slam a 3000 cal meal like its nothing and then go back to 2000 cal per day.

@Losiol you're staying strong on the training no stopping in you :)
PUSH

front squats prevent cheating and force you to engage muscles that you wouldn't with regular squats.
i recommend them along with box squats.

i don't even do regular squats anymore cause they bother my neck anyway

Definitely felt my legs work much harder on the front squats and I loved it!!! Haven’t tried box squats I’ll give them a go as well. I got so much callus on my neck I don’t even feel it anymore 😂

If I could only figure out how to not choke myself out on front squats I would do them more.
Funny you say that, the first few sets prior to this vid that’s exactly what was happening to me 😆😆

try sitting on a bench and then doing front squats.

yeah box squats are soooo much harder but work great

engaging your glute muscles is something that you'll notice when you do box squats

nice work outs man you're having a lot of fun with it

I'm jealous you have some serious foods that can help spot you at the gym

Strong chest day. I like seeing you train heavy like me. Its fun isn't it? You will get so much bigger training like this over others because you will be able to move twice the tonnage per workout once you go on volume training style. You will be doing sets of 15 with 400 lbs on squats some day and sets of 15 on bench with 275+. Being able to move heavy weight will put you above eveyrone else. Look at Kevin Levrone. He is the strongest of them all. Incline benched with 500+.

I love training heavy just something about it is beautiful 😎 I keep re watching the old school dvds of how they trained, just looks incredible and the physiques are to match! Totally agree, training heavy while still getting good hypertrophy is a skill to be mastered 😈

Nice man. I like front squats too. Just takes time to get the form and balance right and comfortable.
Totally, first few sets I was learning to balance myself and not choke myself at the same time 😂

@Losiol strong in the game, i like your lat work :)

I really need to start focusing on getting wider, thickness is there but just lacking width 😖🥲🥲
no you dont, you're wide enough, in time you will get wider bro :) @Losiol you look amazing already

no you dont, you're wide enough, in time you will get wider bro :) @Losiol you look amazing already
Agreed. Your width will grow with time. Deadlifts and rows will grow the entire back. I think there is a misconception that you have to do more lat pull downs in order to get wider. Sure they do help but I feel rows and deadlifts will produce more results.

I hope so bro :) thanks but I do need to start knit picking and working on my weak areas if I ever want to be successful on stage

That’s why I’m starting out with rack pulls so my body can get used to the pulling and eventually transition into deadlifting

i think you need to stay on this course and you'll get WIDE AF soon :)

No it’s not! You gotta let your body and guts get used to it!!! Gotta monitor your blood sugars gotta make sure you’re digesting ok and craping. You’ve never used it before! More is not better you gotta learn patients Losiol! More won’t make u lose faster with this. Stay the coarse young one! 💪🌸

Man I think the Tren in running now is way more potent than before hahaha I feel amazing and very determined and angry in a good way 😂

Another solid leg day, feel a bit of inflammation in my right knee in almost sure it’s from squatting too deep that’s also the knee I had injured back in the day so could be a cumulative thing…

I respect your heavy workouts. I’m a fan… but Dude, too much diff squats In one workout and you’re in a calorie deficit plus ur doing stair stepper cardio after all that volume on legs of coarse your knees gonna hurt. IMO too many sets of heavy compound Movements. Too much volume too heavy. If you do that many sets of squat exercises, lighten them up a lot more no going heavy on that many sets. Do your heavy back squats do either front squats or hack squats not front, belt, hacks, then extensions. Perhaps do leg Press versus all the squats. Plus u Have RDLs in there. Break all those squats Into different weeks this week pick 2 next week do the other 2. Gives variety. Will still shock the muscles. Even though you’re on a cycle you can still over train and thus risk Injuries! You have to have some Restraint!! If it feels off don’t power through it. Be patient do it next week. It’s not a race. You’ll get there. Just my opinion bro. Keep up the great work. 💪🌸

Be careful that's a lot of tonnage while in a huge deficit. You already have knee issues. I hope to god your wearing knee sleeves.
I am not 😖 rip

I see what you mean! I’ve always trained this way really but I have been hitting squatting movements very heavily lately. I’ll split it up as you suggested :) thanks !

You seem to have had a relatively fast transformation of weight shape and strength to your body. So conditioning is important. I just worry about your longevity in your future. Want u to be doing your sport, you love, as a lifestyle longterm carry it into your senior years!💪🌸
