Thanks for all the feedback folks! Will keep everyone updated on the tren diaries. I will be keeping this log as raw and transparent as possible. Whether it’s positive or negative I will leave it all out here. Did my second shot so up to my full 200mg this week. Curious on kick in time tren wise? 4-6 weeks on enanthate I’m assuming?

Honestly have never looked into it bro! Would be extremely cautious with that! Only ever done test and mast! But a bit of tren in the mix to finish out the cycle now! Ideally trying to implement only one new compound at a time. I tolerate test and last extremely well so Ik that’s fine but have to gauge stuff first yano?

Super Incline- 40x8, 25x11
Lat Raise Mac- 18.7x8, x7, 11.25x12
Watson SA Lat Pull- 10x8, 7x12
Prime Row- 65x7, 45x11
T-Bar Row- 40x8, 25x12
Prime Preacher: 27x8, x8
Incline DB Curl: 10x10, x8, 7x14
Hammer Strength Extension: 25x8, x8

Massive session. But changed up biceps. Added incline curls to train biceps in the lengthened range, keeping preachers in to train in the shortened range. Incline curls were insanely hard. Fantastic stretch on the biceps. Otherwise overloaded everything. Some random bloke came up to me mid session and said my back looked crazy, defo stroked the ego on that one😂not accurate at all and a bit of fun because I like looking at scale numbers, but 90.4 after final meal about an hour before bed. That compliment along with the lifts skyrocketing has given me even more motivation.

Good solid day today. Someone at the gym complimented my legs today too which is boosting the ego once again. Everything overloaded today. Not massive jumps like legs but I’m a bit weaker upper wise so to be expected. But again every session feels like magic. I do tend to get in my head a decent bit physique wise and down on myself which I’m trying to cut out. It doesn’t mentally affect me but it does drive me to do anything I can to progress. No sides from anabolics usage. Maybe 3 or 4 active spots? Not bad considering I had severe acne as a teen and had a decent few on a higher dose of test last year. Really keen for legs tomorrow especially the safety bar squat. Looking to hit 140 for reps by end of cycle. Hoping to Rdl 160-180 which would be a 20 kilo or so difference. I’m not a powerlifter but can’t exactly have small legs squatting and Romanian deadlifting 160+ I would think.

As of now all the same bro! Although gym performance is pretty nuts as you can see from numbers! I’m estimating another 2 weeks or so for full kick in! I’ve only done 3 shots so far too!

Only sleep issue i had while on tren was i wake up right around exactly 4 hour mark to pee and take about 30-45 min to fall asleep and get another 3-4 hour sleep depending work schedule. Nothing crazy like isomnia, cough or night sweat. Used gh before 3 iu day is my sweet spot lets see if i can go up more this time.

With gh i feel more fuller, and recovery wise it been phenomenal, wake up feeling fresh and barely getting doms. I know very costly lucky i got sponsorship. My partner been using for year at 2 iu i was not in state to use by myself if i didn’t had sponsorship. Current economy and mortgage has made life hard🤣

Worst experience was igf lr3 when i was injured idk y i used it, fucking shit numbed my both hand and elbow so badly i could barely sleep and took abt month to go away and it came same price as gh.

Mild carpal tunnel when i was using 4iu that one i could feel close to upon waking, i was using splint went ok but need 2,3 warm up sets while pressing was bit painful around wrist area cuz of fluid retention i guess!!

Mag and taurine helped though.
 
I take mag every night, tried taurine didn’t helped much. But splint did the job at night. Let’s see how it goes this time.
Ah I feel ya bro it’s all new to me! Although it seems most competing are banging as much gh as they can afford. My mate back in Ireland just competed and it was the exact same. Prep absolutely ruined his bank😂😂

Overall pretty decent session. Did overload everything. Safety bar squat took a 5 kilo jump rather than 10. Think im still locking the movement down and would be silly to rush it and risk technique drop off. Watson Press was a big jump though. With the 60 last session I definitely sold myself short, again getting used to the machine. But now I have it locked and have the seat height spot on so big numbers will fall there. Ham curl did drop down but I put that down to doing a much heavier glute bridge start of session and them being at the very start of the session on my lower day, so a tad fresher for those sets. Core is usually just cable crunches and leg raises every other day.

Sides:
Again still not sides to report as of yet. Still feel fantastic and like normal outside of the performance increase. All pins still smooth as butter and no stress there. Feel insanely good in general.

No official cardio outside of 12-15k steps through coaching. Body will just eat up too many cals and drop weight😂 wondering when my body will stop being a furnace, maybe by 30?😂 one benefit is being able to push cals high and keep body fat levels relatively in check. Don’t quite look as big but see a lot of fellas who just look bigger because of bloat and glycogen so I’m happy to take it slow and steady

Shocking sleep last night. Had a slight stomach issue not sure exactly what happened there but today has been totally fine. Coached this morning and went shopping with the girlfriend so heaps of steps done today.

Sides:
Again no adverse sides to report as of now. 4th shot of tren in today so 2nd week at full dose. Expecting to reap the rewards in the next 3-4 weeks as I’m running an enanthate ester. Feel great in general confidence is coming up a bit! No mental sides to report. Digestion still holding firm. Will have an extended rest day tomorrow due to the grand final and some family bits and pieces, but back to it Sunday🚀

No official cardio outside of 12-15k steps through coaching. Body will just eat up too many cals and drop weight😂 wondering when my body will stop being a furnace, maybe by 30?😂 one benefit is being able to push cals high and keep body fat levels relatively in check. Don’t quite look as big but see a lot of fellas who just look bigger because of bloat and glycogen so I’m happy to take it slow and steady

Decent day overall. Was feeling a bit off today but still overloaded the big movements. Hams weren’t feeling the best so took it a bit easier on direct isolation work. Just stuck rather than overloaded. Unfortunately a lot of my hamstring work I just have to be careful to ensure I don’t reinjure and can fix that imbalance.

100% bro my partner and mates don’t really drink! Was in a bigger drinking environment at home and it was so much harder because you would miss out on the social experiences. Usually just absolutely murder myself 1-2 times a year instead😂

Really trying to milk this off season for all it’s worth to prepare for 2025/26. Definitely happy physique wise I feel I’ve a decent frame for classic and I can slowly see it filling out now.
