Hey guys and girls,

So firstly this is my 1st log ever, normally just train for the sake of training but recently I've thought why don't I finally take it seriously and do it properly

Diet use to be so bad, I'd eat what ever I wanted and never ever tracked any calories and drank any amount of energy drinks a day up to 4 to 5 monsters... always held weight around the stomach area and never been truly happy with my body,

So after I turned 36 I thought I wonna be in the best shape of my life and kick the energy drinks and shitty diet, and 3 to 4 months ago, u know what... the body actually started to change haha, it's amazing what I good diet can do for u,

I train regularly like 5 days a week, I work FIFO week on and week off, so when I'm at work I weight train and do some cardio, and then when I'm home I weight train and swap the cardio for the sauna,

Still not following any sort of proper diet or nutrition but just swapping out all the bad choices I use to have and making healthy choices now,

In the last 3 to 4 months I've lost about 10kgs I was 98kg and now around 88kg, obviously fluctuates day to day based on water intake I'm guessing,

My diet so far consists of good fats, and high protein and low carb atm but plan to up the carb intake to fill out and grow

my macros are about 1900 to 2100 calories and with the bulk they should be around 3100 to 3200 calories

I've been using juice on and off for about 5 or so years but alot of them I wasn't really knowing what I was doing,

My 1st cycle was dbol only... but then after that I went to test and deca for a while,

I've tried test and tren and love that feeling but I got a bit crazy on the tren and before u know it, bit of rage and anger at anything and that's when I knew I needed to stop it,

But for the last few months I've just been cruising on test and Mast, but looking forward to this up and coming blast,

After this blast though I'm gonna get off and just be off for a while give the body a well deserved break but will keep the training and nutrition up, just wonna make the insides healthy as possible
 
Was a rest day on the weights today, but still hit the cardio, did an hour on the treadmill on level 5 incline and at level 5 speed, a good walking pace

Unsure at the moment, I'd like to come off completely, however I do like a low dose test like sports trt just to feel good and mental good uno,

So yeah up in the air at this stage
I am not health expert but whatever i have read and heard from other experts in this field, suggest 125mg- 150mg of test e staying upper limit of natural level will keep ur health marker in point, i stayed in 150mg for 7 months and felt awesome. You goy plenty of time to think abt. Food looks awesome bro? Made me hungry time for breakfast😂

When was the last time you were completely off gear? . If you think you will cycle again and again. trt is the way to go. IMO

Haha cheers bro, I appreciate the words and like u said I got time to think about it, deep down I think I will just low dose trt, coz I love the the feeling of it, but we will see

And yeah the food, this is what most my days look like while I work FIFO, it's pretty easy to stay good up here, can always get ya grilled fish, chicken or steak and can take extra for other meals which is good too
 
When was the last time you were completely off ? And if you were to do a full pct and try and regain natural test. If you think you will cycle again and again. trt is the way to go.

Mate my thoughts exactly! School drop off . “My dads bigger and stronger than your dad”

Yeah I think after a year or so the PCT gunna be a bit harder and longer to regain back your natural test after such a long suppression. Plus lose some gains in the process.

Nick Walker is a perfect example of what happens when you stay on year round in your 20's.

I'm 36 now so I do think I'll probably cruise around those levels and definitely keep the diet in check, since eating clean and healthy so a while now, it just gets easier over time, I use to be a big snacker for chips back in the day but have pretty much curbs those habits now, but still have 1 of the cheat day uno

Cheat meals are important. It helps keep you from going crazy.
 
I came off completely for 2 years when I used to buy in person and my guy got done.
It wasn't too good 😕 I was tired and had no drive stopped training and just kind of floated around. Wouldn't recommend for a long period of time. Coming off for a little while might be OK though 👌

I was going to buy a small set of scales for work so it will be a bit easier for next swing

just the way it works out for me, but when im home I train in the afternoon

Spewing man, I switched to this since I don't do the protien shakes anymore just to filling on the guts with milk, I can't do the shakes with water... but with the protien water, life is easyyyyy and it's so cheap at costco too!!!

Was abt to ask this, protein water supposed to sit better with guts compared to dairy. I tried brand name international liked it it pre made in bottles was fucking expensive.
I can get this muscle nation one from costco for 60 servings and is $90 in a 1.8kg tub

But if u go on the muscle nation website u can get a 750gm bag for $80 and only 25 serves

I have only done deca once back in the early days when I didn't know what I was doing, so hoping know with the more knowledge and diet down packed I should actually see some decent results

Work has some good options out here just have to pick the right ones other wise there's plenty of cake, cookies, desserts and the rest if u wonna go down that path but they do provide a good amount of healthy options which is good and its all free so win win

Don't worry man, I do get the red meat in when im home just at work the red meat up here for steaks is very hit and miss, most the time it's the real shitty cuts with too much grissel and fat that's why I opt for the grilled fish and chicken, but if a good chef I know is on they do look after me since I've been out here for 13 years,

But home tomorrow and will be on steak and avocado haha can't wait

Always low sleep on the day I fly home, can never get enough, but normally on nights even if I only get a solid 5 hours during the day I can always get 2 more solids hours during 'work' time which is nice, still not the best but it's what I can get

But can definitely lower the weight a little and get those 20 reps out

I do try and eat more real food, I normally get 3 normal meals breakfast lunch and dinner and then the snacks throughout the day, just have them ready as with the life style I have atm it's just easier that way,

Or that's just my excuse but happy to try and modify it

This week now that I'm home I do weights and sauna and then next week at work I do weights and cardio

Amazing volume and luxurious food, u eat like a king. Not boring chocolate floured rice like @coolguy77711 🤣🤣
