you can get a couple hour naps on days you're not sleeping enough then that's perfect

Sometimes I get a good 9 hours but I do gym at night time when the misso is in bed with bubs and the other daughter, so when I get home it's time to meal prep for us all, she looks after them, and then I look after us all food wise

@RoySimpson the energy drink is nice, bit I don't do them for the energy, I cN literally have 1 or a redbull and go to bed straight away, I just do it for the flavour and sometimes need the fizz, I try my best not to have them all the time though

I’m gonna have to try those bars

Saturday, no workout today, rest day, but still made it to the gym and spent 45 mins in the sauna and sweated it out,

Food hasn't changed either,

Still been having the Mince and egg and avo for breakfast, with a protein water

Snack, protein bar

Lunch was 1 meat pattie and more left over Mince, and asparagus

And dinner was katsu chicken meal, (Saturday night treat)

Bedtime Snack, was protein jelly and protein custard

Shoulder was feeling some discomfort, I believe I slept on it weird as I pinned a few days ago and had no soreness, so just monitoring it while doing bench, I want to go heavy, however don't want to hurt myself, the pain was only there while the weight was going down, didn't seem to be there when pushing the weight
Set 3, 100kg, 8 reps, was hurting so decided to stop

I just flew to site today, so got 8 days with cardio now aswell as normal weights, but I'm back to night shift but even though the sleep isn't the best and it's more a split shift with the sleep least I feel like I have more time with training and cardio

Slept 3 hrs last night, tried to transition to day shift and didn't get the sleep I needed too, but they body is now on days, had to wake up early for a long 3 hr drive, looking at a car today, so been up since midnight... but will sleep like a baby tonight


This was yesterday's workout and unsure if I'll go gym tonight or just go sauna or just rest and catch up on sleep, will see how the body is feeling later tonight

Back workout yesterday

Barbell rows

Warm-up, 40kg, 20 reps
Set 1, 60kg, 12 reps
Set 2, 70kg, 12 reps
Set 3, 75kg, 10 reps
Set 4, 80kg, 10 reps


Reverse pec deck

Set 1, 47kg, 20 reps
Set 2, 54kg, 20 reps
Set 3, 54kg, 20 reps
Set 4, 54kg, 20reps
Tried to focus on slow and controlled with these, lowered the weight a little but got more reps


Straight bar pull down


Set 1, 23.75kg, 15 reps
Set 2, 26.25kg, 15 reps
Set 3, 26.25kg, 10 reps
Set 4, 26.25kg, 10 reps
Added weight to this exercise but only slight


Seated row machine

Set 1, 54kg, 12 reps
Set 2, 60kg, 12 reps
Set 3, 66kg, 10 reps
Set 4, 72kg, 10 reps


Barbell shrugs

Set 1 - 5, 60kg, 12 reps

Felt good and strong an got a nice pump on here for this workout, lats pumped and traps, waiting for Friday to come to start pinning with @BigBoyLabs

Sorry if I havnt posted in a few days,
Came off night shift and only slept 3 hours and the woke up and had to drive 3 hours away to look at a car, little ford escort mk2, and drive back to Perth so 6 hrs driving time, was a scary drive almost fell asleep, but got home ate food and slept 11.5 hours
Felt like a God waking up after that amount of sleep, had some mince and rice and egg for breakfast,lunch and dinner, protein water, and 2 x protein bars,

Back off for the 6 hr round trip tomorrow but back with the car this time,

But for now enjoy the video,and pics and food xox

Just woke up with about 4.5hrs sleep under my belt, actually feel good considering,

Just heated up some breakfast, mince, egg, and rice with a cuppa coffee,

I did say to myself remember to take a pic before u eat any... 6 mouthfuls down and I then remember to take the photo 🤣🤣

Off to pick up the car today, leave in about 30 mins, here's a pic of it anyway for those following
