I am 49yrs, 6'4 253. I'm going to get back to the basics to increase fat loss and get in better health better, improve my muscle mass,
**Side note went through a hydrocylectomy 4 months ago which really bothered me as it ballooned up like a baseball. Anyways, it took me out of the gym for a month, half and a bit. I'm not a professional nor do I do competition but I love muscle, the gym and thrill of figure it all out. Also getting older wishing to keep my dashing good looks. I do have a vision to perhaps one day try a amature contest but habe along ways to get to that point for now.

Meal 2 - cottage cheese, spinach salad with ceaser dressing, 1 can Brunswick sardines, mct oil, potassium, lyposene

(Rotate Meal 2 eod Salmon 8oz w boiled carrots, coconut oil)

Meal 3 - hard boiled eggs x4, pea protien powder, 2 tbsp organic peanut butter, crackers. Walnuts

(Rotate eod with lean ground beef 6pz, green cabbage boiled)

Meal 4 - fiber shake with protien, mixed spring salad with olive oil, lemon juice and parmasean cheese. Mega men multi vitamin, potassium,

Snack 1 - Brunswick sardines with lemon juice, avaxado

what caused your medical issue
just a bit concerned in case one of us has to deal with it
Whay caused my medical issue - it's was either from birth or somewhere along my through life getting older it's came more to frustration so to speak.
Doctor wasn't 100% sure however he did say it could have be from even not wearing support play sport, or abuse etc.

Apprently it's common in younger men not really an issue with older men. Percentage of older men getting are very low.
Personal note-
I kept putting my operation off by using a needle and drawing out the fluid that would gather inside left testicle around it.

I used a flash light and a 21g needle every 2 months to remove fluid,
Flash light with a dark room under testicle shows all the veins, testicle and safe areas to use needle to draw from
Average was about 10amp needles each process.

I did this for a few years and finally decided enough was enough as felt was effecting my personally.

Trazadone, Mirtazapine only use for sleeping if needed.

Atorvastatin, losarten are bp meds I use daily, age thing

@LouOden Trazodone and Mirtazapine usually arent taken together. They are strong anti depressants.

I use them for sleeping at times, use to get bad night terrors from my work in the middle east.
I don't have depression, Mirtazapine can be used for both insomnia or depression.
It enhances sleep duration.

I don't use them much anymore, i feel it best to put everything I use on here in order to get the most from this fourm.
 
Damn dude that is hardcore I wouldn't be able to stick a 21g needle in my testicles fuck that.
At first it was tough, but I watched a nurse practitioner do it couple times and then just followed what she did. Was much faster and easier at home.
All precautions were followed you would be amazed how easy it is to see all the veins once light under your scrotum.

I give you a ton of credit for that, it was weird enough getting used to a 1.5in needle injecting way back when I started, I don't think I could go down there. My uncle when he was younger had something happen one of his veins wrapped around another one in his testicle and he had to get it removed because it was causing extreme pain.

Yes I can do that for sure.

Melatonin makes me sweat not sleep, tried using it a few times flying back and fourth to work.

My free test is very low 202 , anything under 250 -300 is considered low.

the free test is easy to fix with proviron and test but my other Qs are related , testosterone is related to food training @LouOden

Lunch looks like it's allot however it's a mid size plate.
I eat clean for the long term of which in 2 more months I will be switching my focus which will result in larger meals then current 5 x per day

Yea I thought same thing but there janoshik labs is correct and very recent, I do have a friend swear by it (doesn't mean much) but thr labs do add a sense it's legit.

Well my keto diet has seemed to slow to halt.

Currently I'm following it as should to the T..
Total calories: 1834
106g- pro
148g- fats
20g- carbs

Lost 10lbs but since getting on my new TRT .5- e3.5d, HGH 1iu Ed.

I've held steady and cant seem to kick it into losing any further. I also fast everyday 16hrs, feed for 8. (7pm to 11am)

Ive done allot research on peptides, sarms and thought possible Cardarine, IGF but felt I should hold off until I learn about more whats holding me back as it could be just a small thing like to much protien or something like this.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

your keto slowed because its hard to see what you doing man
