@TheOne1 Numbers are looking great bro!Steroid Protocol Modification
Existing Protocol:
New Protocol:
- Testosterone Enanthate: 525mg weekly (split into 0.3ml daily injections)
- Primobolan Enanthate: 420mg weekly (split into 0.3ml daily injections)
- 3 IU of HGH nightly
My Reasoning for the changes:
- Testosterone Enanthate: 437.5mg weekly (split into 0.25ml daily injections)
- Masteron Enanthate: 490mg weekly (split into 0.35ml daily injections)
- 5 IU of HGH nightly
Running Primobolan at the dose I was doing was an experiment to see how low it can bring my Estradiol. Whilst I was looking drier, my hair was beginning to dry out too, my sex drive dropped quite a bit (erections were still good tho) and it also affects my cholesterol numbers negatively too (estrogen is cardio-protective).
I generally like to run my Estradiol higher as it just feels much better. My sex drive is better, erections fantastic and hair looks shiner and I feel happier. I know these are all subjective, but I've correlated this with my past experiences with Primobolan. Lower Estradiol also tanks my Progesterone, which is crappy for sex drive. My test results show that Estradiol is within range, but that's not personally suitable for me. That range is actually quite low for me.
So basically, since the start of this week I switched out Primobolan for Masteron and dropped my Testosterone dose a little to ensure my Estradiol doesn't go too high. I added a little extra Masteron to fill out the total milligrams in anabolic load that I lost with dropping the testosterone dose.
Masteron and Primobolan have similar anabolic effects so I won't be losing much, maybe even gaining a bit. I like the drying out effect of Masteron too, so looking forward to that at this stage. Also with Estradiol running a little higher as it won't be suppressed by Primobolan (Masteron does not act like an AI in me btw), this should theoretically have a positive effect on my IGF1 output from my HGH dose. So i'm keen to see what this does too.
This way of structuring a cycle follows the J3 University model promoted by the likes of John Jewett in case you're wondering where it's coming from.

Whilst the security guard was tracing over my arms and shoulders (a few cheeky squeezes too, yup i noticed that mate haha) he commented, “damn bro do you work out?”
It was all worth it!![]()

Today's Workout Log
Comments:
Life has been busy so have really slacked on cardio over the last week. But my diet has been good. Nevertheless, I am absolutely loving the 20 rep sets for my exercises. The workouts are fantastic, the pump is incredible and it just feels great. I feel it has really improved my overall fitness too. There was a moment I felt a little dizzy tho. Got some sugar in and felt fine after that. It's not the first time that has happened, but it has been a couple years since it has. Not sure if that's a sign of a good workout or bad insulin regulation? haha. The testosterone + masteron combo right now is soo good! Feeling drier already but the elevation in estrogen is noticeable. Not in water retention or negative sides, but my hair looks thicker and shinier as well as just a positive elevation in mood too. Still have a bit of time for it to hit steady state, but it's moving in the right direction so far

your training is going really good @TheOne1 I can see itProgress Pics:
It's been a full 4 weeks since starting this cycle. So here is the 4 week progress below. The photo was taken during today's workout.
Currently on 447.5mg per week of Testosterone Enanthate + 490mg per week of Masteron Enanthate sponsored by @Hybrid Labs Rep @HybridLabs and 3 IU of HGH from @Core Pharma
I'm pretty happy with my dosages so far, and I'm making progress and gainswith it, so plan on keeping it that way for a little longer before I add NPP into the mix. My health is good, but I need to keep up cardio to help with insulin sensitivity and lipids. HGH fat loss is kicking in now. I'm getting a lot out of 3 IU intramuscularly every night, so I don't think it's warranted to take it to 5 IU even though I don't have any negative sides from it. I'm curious tho, but my brain says STFU and stay on course haha.

@TheOne1 training is going well, I can see you really growing manTuesday's Workout Log
Comments:
Biceps day is by far my favorite session. I've been making good progress with increasing weights and keeping up reps, but I think that will begin to plateau very soon. I'm also considering scrapping the single arm dumbbell overhead extensions. Mainly because as the dumbells get heavier its becoming harder to get them overheard by myself. I basically have to do a snatch from my wheelchair haha. Also, the cable variation is easier on my back. My gym installed this new forearm machine, so I gave that a test drive in this session too. Still lamenting missing cardio again. Gosh it's really fallen off my radar in the mornings. I had a good habit but now it's kind of reversed.

Homemade Fried Chicken Burger - My missus made this for me after my workout. Other than the bread, was pretty healthy. Had swiss cheese, garlic sauce and sriracha sauce as well. Chicken fillet was cooked well too

Comments:
Felt fatigued today tbh. So actually decided to give today a miss, and instead had a short nap after work to recover. I woke up really refreshed and thought 'heck, i'll give it shot today'. I'm glad I did! Took a little extra to get warmed up, but as soon as I did, the weights moved really well and the pump kicked in. I actually really enjoyed the session too. I went up in weights for some exercises and maintained high reps too. Overall pretty happy (and forgot to inject a little sueprdrol as well haha).

@TheOne1 your arms are JACKED and you look amazing manWorkout Clip (video taken at today's workout):
Bayesian Hammer Curls - My aim here is to keep my shoulder as still as possible in an extended position in order to keep a good stretch on the biceps, and then make sure I'm moving the weight only through flexing at the elbow. I prefer the hammer variation as it just feels better on my wrists for some reason. I do my other curls using dumbbells which allows me to adjust based on my anatomy and flexibility better. I'm improving on this and I really like the feel of this exercise.
ps. I have to put those weights plates jammed behind my wheels so that my chair doesn't flip backwards as I'm pulling. I feel like a caravan haha.

very strong day, and morning cardio well doneToday's Workout Log
Comments:
Felt pretty fresh after taking 2 days off. Got my fasted morning cardio in too! The gym was just humid today, they didn't have the air con on so had to sweat it out. I continued the high reputations per set (15+) and my fitness is improving so I don't get gassed out as easily and can recover between sets much quicker too. Enjoying the pumps and also my exercise selection per body part. I also added 5mg of injectable Superdrol today pre-workout, but some of it leaked out of the injection site for some reason, so not sure how much actually stayed inside haha.

As always, fuckin inspirational

Got my morning cardio in, so proud of that! Was originally planning on doing back along with arms, but I forgot my straps so will do back tomorrow instead. I had some Chinese beef noodle soup for lunch today and I think that made me feel a little heavy for today's workout. Got everything done, had a good pump, but felt sluggish. I went to the gym around peak hour today and saw a few people I hadn't bumped into for a while, and collected some compliments for my arm development along the way, which was a good pre-workout ego boost haha.

@TheOne1 best overheads, you got amazing arms bro WOWWorkout Clip (video taken at today's workout):
Single arm overhead cable extension - Trying to keep my elbow pointing up to the ceiling and bringing the cable down as as far as I can down my back to give me maximum stretch on the tricep. Went for 20 reps, so the actual grind kicks in the last third of the set.
ps. yes that's a bruise on my left bicep. It's clearing up. I hit a blood vessel when I was doing a HGH injection and it developed a bruise the next morning. No pain or discomfort at all, it just looks like I have had a bicep injury haha. I decided to pin slightly higher than I usually do (i'm a dumbass), and that area is a bit vascular, and I actually hit something. Otherwise, my usual biceps HGH shots usually go in and out without any issues.

yup, definitely not injecting in that spot anymore. Literally 1-2cm lower and its a clean injection. I'm going back to that spot.currently make note of the injection spot
you don't want to keep making the same mistake
thanks bro1 of the things I like about your log is your consistency
that's the key to success

Triple Smash Beef Burger - this wasn't planned, but just happened. I had my mum bring this over last night. She knows what I like from that shop (forgot I have it without cheese tho). These burgers aren't greasy, the cheese and bread add the extra calories. Was definitely satisfying too haha

Keeping up the morning cardio! Gosh I love this rep range. Workout felt awesome, had a great pump and felt accomplished. I wish I had a little bit more time to squeeze in an extra set for some of those exercises. I had to swap out the Bayesian Hammer Curl for a standard Cable Hammer Curl as my wrist is playing up. I'm getting a bit of pain on my left wrist for that exercise, so going to give it a rest for a little bit, and if it doesn't recover well I'll add some BPC157 and TB500 to get it back to normal. I have had tennis elbow in the past, so I am wary of that reoccuring.

@TheOne1 strong vitamin stack broMy current supplement stack (from left to right):
- Life Extension Melatonin (IR/ER): has a combo of immediate release and extended release melatonin. Since using HGH, I only take 1 capsule every night.
- California Gold Nutrition Vitamin D3 2000IU: I take 2 of these everyday.
- Thorne Basic Nutrients: I really like this multivitamin as it has chelated vitamins and minerals to enhance bioavailability (not all mutli's are equal).
- Nordic Naturals ProDHA1000 Fish Oil: I chose this because of the higher proportion of DHA. I take 3 every day.
- California Gold Nutrition DHA 700: I use this to add some extra DHA. I have 1 every day.
- NutriCost TUDCA 250mg: A must have for good liver function whilst using gear. I have 1 every day.
- NOW FOODS NAC 1000MG: Another good one for liver support. I have 1 per day.
- California Gold Nutrition Berberine Advanced 500mg: I started using this as my fasting insulin was creeping up with HGH use. I take 1 per day.
- Grassland Nutrition Beef Liver: I take a serving of this every day. It's from an organic and grass fed beef source.
- Microgenetics Ubiquinol 150mg: Great antioxidant and for cardiovascular support. Its the more bioavailable form of CoQ10.
- Doctor's Best Magnesium Glycinate: Helps with muscle relaxation and sleep support. I take 5 tablets of this every night. Works out to be 500mg.
- Primeforce Taurine 1000mg: Heaps of studies on this about improving longevity and athletic performance. I take 1 per day.
