Final pump pic of holidays before travel tomorrow. Gh will go into tomorrow night along with my other shots.

Obviously looking a bit washed having had some fun and not tracked food but happy enough starting point to kick on and milk every inch remaining of the cycle.

Great day of trainining the primo and mast doing the trick on the minicut it felt like my skin was splitting open. Actually haven’t dropped weight so slight recomp. First few days on 3.4iu growth daily. Being out of routine and on holiday im a bit off but we are back into the swing now and ready to push on. Idea with minicut is to be in a better spot and show off some of what I’ve gained on cycle.

Sides:
No negative sides to speak of yet. Pumps have been incredible honestly. Definitely getting more prominent pumps with this minicut. Numbers aren’t the best but to be expected after some time off. Nothing negative so to speak. Gh shots going down smooth as butter @BigBoyLabs

Sides:
Still good size wise. Small few pimples here or there but I always get that at 300mg and above. Had severe acne as a teen and was on roaccutane for 6 months so not surprising but not enough of a breakout to be concerned. Well-being is good, strength up and pumps are savage so all good overall.

Leg Raises and cable crunch added in every second day included today. Good sesh overall numbers up again. Trying not to get too excited load wise. Taking small progressions aiming for slower, consistent progress rather than failing big jumps. Everything feels good physically no jiggles or weirdness training wise.

Sides:
Been all good in that regard @DofRandD primo and mast doing the business. I’m convinced with my e2 levels shooting up with just test that it’s been nice and in control this run around. Pumps are wicked and body’s feeling great overall. Still have another bit of cycle left before I do a 3 month health phase with 150 test and just 100 primo. Will be doing this because I have to do a medical for my permanent residency which is coming up March 2025 rather than 2026. So need to keep bloods in check and crisp for that

Took a massive set of progressions today. Training with one of the boys so session is the slightest bit modified. But training with someone defo gave me an extra little bit of a push because I smashed out numbers. Was honestly shocked at how they were going down.

Savage session today took progressions in everything. No lower back loading with todays session to account for the massive density one. Wicked pump and numbers to can’t ask for much more. Bodyweight starting to climb a lot quicker than usual too which is nice because notoriously I struggle in that aspect. Benefit though I tend not to put on too much junk weight.

Still all good feeling fantastic. Libido almost too high like being a teenager😂but imo making some nice lean gains and feeling healthy so can’t complain.

Feeling good physically and mentally. Relatively happy check in wise composition is holding up nicely during the bulk. In and around peak bodyweight now and looking to push passed so I imagine that will fall no problem. Lifting wise I’m back on track fully and progressing. Holidays did slow me down a small bit but fully back and in solid routine now.
