Leg Raises and cable crunch added in every second day included today. Good sesh overall numbers up again. Trying not to get too excited load wise. Taking small progressions aiming for slower, consistent progress rather than failing big jumps. Everything feels good physically no jiggles or weirdness training wise.

@DofRandD primo and mast doing the business. I’m convinced with my e2 levels shooting up with just test that it’s been nice and in control this run around. Pumps are wicked and body’s feeling great overall. Still have another bit of cycle left before I do a 3 month health phase with 150 test and just 100 primo. Will be doing this because I have to do a medical for my permanent residency which is coming up March 2025 rather than 2026. So need to keep bloods in check and crisp for that
