Starting fresh log today. Greg got me hooked up for this bulk. Gonna be lower dose lean bulk cycle. Knee giving me trouble still but shoulder and back fell good right now. Cycle look like this!!!

Npp 300mg weekly 8 weeks
Test 600 mg weekly 12-14 weeks
Dbol weeks 1-5 50mg daily
Proviron 50mg ed
Week 9 moving to tren and test
Tren 75mg eod 9-14 weeks
Drol 50mg ed 9-14 weeks
Hgh 4ius daily

Lookin for 4-5k cals daily... diet will stay fairly clean. Well very some pics up soon. Going into this one in good shape. Sitting around 195lbs and I'm in single digits bf%.. these are the goods!!! Greg the 🐐 strait up!!!

tren works great here, 75mgs eod is a strong dose with anadrol.
You are going to be an absolute monster on the stack. I'm looking forward to it.

Can't go crazy on back because I've got compressed disc's in neck and mid back. Gives me chest pain and messed up my digestion. Took 6 weeks off trying to get it strait but no luck. So I have to deal wit it.
Lost some size work time off but stayed lean.

Can't go crazy on back because I've got compressed disc's in neck and mid back. Gives me chest pain and messed up my digestion. Took 6 weeks off trying to get it strait but no luck. So I have to deal wit it.
Lost some size work time off but stayed lean.
The size will come back quickly. You did great keeping lean during your recovery.

I've tried everything...chiropractor ice inversion table stretch on ball... was considering yoga... it's much ntr couldn't use my right arm for months. Hai isn't 100% and gets stupid tight after chest work

have you done some infrared lamp on the area?
 
Did the doctor say it was normal for your need to still have issues?
When did he say it would be back to close to 100%?

yeah, you don't have to load up 3 or 400 lbs to get in a good workout.

T5 controls digestive track. If your loin up t5 inj you will see it will give you chest pain and cause digestive issues. Already have Gerd and alcur along with acid reflux so digestion always been issue.

Really 9carbs 5 from fiber and 1g sugar. Can't get much lower than that

That came from my dr and chiropractor. Both told me T5 nevere bundle is why
Doing a bit of research now, yea seems T5 nerve is linked to digestion.

High reps low reps controlled reps drop sets changing exercises.. always trying to show my muscles something new to stay growing. I'm big believe in volume training these days. Never drop below 6-8 reps
Usually 8 my low and that's heavy set I'll then do drop set and get 10-12 more reps. I work on controlling the muscle and contractions

you should be very careful about what you eat then if you have gerd.

stay away from gluten, dairy, onions, garlic, and other inflammatory foods. make sure you only eat high quality foods
 
You gotta watch out for sauces and oils as well with those stomach issues, you have

problem with the muscle milk is the ingredients, not the macros.

its got lots of dairy in it but also things like sucralose, canola oil and sunflower oil. not good for your arteries or stomach.

This means your doing the benching correctly. Your bracing is good if its tight. Sometimes mine cramps up on me in the middle of the workout.

My back gets tight day after. From my injuries. Got compressed c5-6 in neck and trashed T5 in my back. The T5 injury is the bad one but my neck and back get tight as hell after chest or back workout. I Ice it. Have a big ball to stretch on. I have inversion table and jiggle board. Also use precor machine to stretch along with hydro lounge as well. It's just tore up bad

I appreciate the kind words. Hoping to be bigger and leaner this summer. Trying to mass up obviously on this run. In that pic i was on tren test and drol. I don't hold much water on the drol. Love drol. Never ran anavar thick I might give that a run on the next cut
