What about any fasting and any fasted cardio?

I know it's cold where you're at, but maybe hit the treadmill for like 15 or 20 minutes every morning. Fasted
Since I workout at 5am, and finish with 30min cardio, it's all fasted work. I eat around 7-7:30
 
I think I'm just going to run Test & Anavar.
600mg Test Cyp weekly
50mg Anavar split 25mg twice a day.

So it would be:
Weekly - 2ml of cyp 300
Daily - 25mg anavar pre-workout(4:30am) & 25mg Noon

(I'll save my TRT pre-loads for between cycles)

Right domestic-supply.com doesn't have the 300ml test cyp, but they do have the Beligas 250ml.
How about we meet in the middle and go 500mg (2ml 250cyp) weekly so I don't have to measure out 1.8ml

Good for you bro. I remember 5am workouts before work. That was in my 20s!! Not for me. But I do say felt good to get the system running for the day. Kinda refreshing. We were doing the fasted workouts but then stopped cuz just didn’t feel like I could give my all. Started eating a bit before lifting. Seems to help for me! Keep grinding. 💪🌸🎄

ostazol you use preworkout 2 caps and 1 intra workout
hcgenerate you can use 2-3 caps for larger balls during cycle and a good natty test push

No budget at the moment. I'm lucky a got what I ordered. I'm hemorrhaging money at the moment.

Make sure you keep your shoulder mobile.
 
Get in some good stretching as well.

Will help you to do some yoga after your workouts.

I have never split before with cyp, for what reason? I thought you only hit twice a week if you're using enthanate or other shorter half life test. Am I mistaken?

Cypionate and Enanthate have pretty much the same half life. You should split them to avoid hormone spikes, estrogen conversion is much better this way and your body uptake is better, but it's not required if you uncomfortable with 2 pins. @dominion7

I see. Im not uncomfortable with the pins, I've just never been told to split up cyp. I always thought propionate was shortest (3-4 days), enth (4-5) & cyp (like 6-8) depending on dosages. I appreciate the info, I'll read up and continue to educate myself...thanks bro
