Nah babe it’s normal to look at other half naked men on the internet showing off their muscles. She will get some shock when I compete and she sees me tanned up comparing my glutes to another blokes

Could you ask them whether it they can automate a report (for your internal team) that is simply an excel that shows the username and MAC address, which you can then run a rule to highlight duplicate values in the MAC address column and find anyone that is running several accounts? You'd only need to do this once a month, and provided you used historical data (include inactive/ banned accounts) you'd have an ongoing solution to prevent more than one account per person.

Of course, there are ways around this if someone is desperate, but it'd probably take more time (and money) than simply running a log properly and should get rid of most of the leeches.

We asked the @ITadmin about this. It's not possible but I will ask him to explain. They are online right now.

Automation of this information is not possible due to the usage policy involved and encryption keys.

Further, decrypting each user would violate our Privacy Policy and place unnecessary load on our NoSql db where we store the encryption keys.
