First day back to work & first day back on consistent workout schedule. Will start pinning new cycle January 4th. Started var today.
Workout schedule will be Monday thru Thursday, Fri-Sat-Sun off days.
Will try to continue cardio on off days.

Workout felt really good. I felt strong & confident with each lift and no shoulder pain. I believe changing my BB bench form over the last 4 or 5 months by bringing my arms in closer & wearing the slingshot during heavier weight & a few runs of deca, helped me to strengthen my shoulder. Overall feeling good.
