First I ordered the New Keto MOJO machine and strips few days ago.. Waiting for it to get here.
My plan is maybe try to get more focused on Ketosis that way I can shed the fat.
They way I understand it is it's a teeter totter with glucose and ketones.. Higher one is the lower the other.
My question is will this process be same "muscle building" than if I cycled Carbs? I just see these people eating all these carbs and everything and makes me think..
I know I can't do that because of my situation of sugar issues.
I'm just trying to get my head around all this.

The best I've ever had.. Well since I was a normal younger being!
The fasting/eating clean & excersise is obviously working here. No whiskey and beer either.. Some help there too I'm sure.

4 hour window is perfect to lean out, and meal pic is great thats a ribeye of champions.About about 4.5 hrs into the window of eating.

and yes the fasting works man. i've seen people go from 140 glucose steady to the 70's from doing prolong fasts consistently. basically cured their type 2 diabetes
I air fry for 7minutes per side in the Ninja set on 400 degrees(air crisp setting) .. Take it out.. Have my pan ready with butter sizzling.. Then hit that fucker till I like the color and flip it.. They come perfecto.. I'm seasoning with a seasoning from Japan my wife picked up on vacation.. Good stuff!I've never had luck air frying, steak.

this is because your liver is releasing glycogen that has been stored as your insulin drops and growth hormone goes up like a rocket.
a lot of self proclaimed gurus out there will say fasting is no good or doesn't work because they think when you fast your glucose just drops lower and lower all the way to 0 but they are wrong and don't understand how our bodies work. our bodies have stored energy ready to be implemented and if you don't fast it has no reason to use them.
