Approved Log TRT journey to better health - Life Log

My favorite is porterhouse but it's pretty expensive. I don't really eat it very often, maybe once a year.
 
Blueberries and beef patties, definitely hit the spot.

Good protein and good nutrition.

Morning reading of glucose was 112..
Went up a bit.. I'm okay with it but I have questions about this.
First I ordered the New Keto MOJO machine and strips few days ago.. Waiting for it to get here.
My plan is maybe try to get more focused on Ketosis that way I can shed the fat.
They way I understand it is it's a teeter totter with glucose and ketones.. Higher one is the lower the other.
My question is will this process be same "muscle building" than if I cycled Carbs? I just see these people eating all these carbs and everything and makes me think..
I know I can't do that because of my situation of sugar issues.
I'm just trying to get my head around all this.

i think ketosis is the best way for you to get real lean bro
and you can build muscle with ketogenic state, just takes time, Bodyopus was designed for it so was the anabolic diet @medengines
My other thought is if I'm eating enough to support the muscle building and still control my sugars.
i think first you want to get lean then we build too on top

About about 4.5 hrs into the window of eating.
2 beef patties, stir fried veggies (squash,mushrooms, zucchini)
Handful of blueberry 1 straw berry...
Grandson ate the rest of them! 2 Shakes
Add on cornesh game hen drumstick and thigh..
4 hour window is perfect to lean out, and meal pic is great thats a ribeye of champions. :D

This is the best way you fasting OMAD almost with 20 hours will start shredding you up.

I like to add some rice to my fish as well

and yes the fasting works man. i've seen people go from 140 glucose steady to the 70's from doing prolong fasts consistently. basically cured their type 2 diabetes

Ribeye Family pack so "pretty thin" I think it came out to .52lbs. Each steak x4 pieces
1 shake, 1 steak, 1 "Gourmet brand" beef patty, Broccoli half a bag, bacon about half of a pack and Blueberry hand full.

When you're desert is vegetables and ground beef, then you know your diet is healthy.
 
I've never had luck air frying, steak.

Probably just not doing it, right?
I air fry for 7minutes per side in the Ninja set on 400 degrees(air crisp setting) .. Take it out.. Have my pan ready with butter sizzling.. Then hit that fucker till I like the color and flip it.. They come perfecto.. I'm seasoning with a seasoning from Japan my wife picked up on vacation.. Good stuff!

If I have a appointment with my Doctor on 18MARCH what should I do to try to have my TEST levels in the lower range?
Or is that a dumb thing to be thinking?
My issue as I said earlier was the pharmacy won't give out my next load of test cyp till mid month.
I already pinned . 5cc of EQ 200/Test E 200 on Tuesday..
I'm waiting for the Test E Batch I ordered to get here.

I know I need to be more prepared.. I'm sorry but any ideas.. I posted what I have on hand.. Some orals winstrol and Dbol.

I just don't want my levels to be thru the roof... Lol
Say screw it and go all in?

Gentlemen I have a problem.. Went to the Pharmacy and they won't give anymore Test Cyp till next month! Lol I was giving myself. .5cc half on Sunday and again on Thursday.. Anyways, need ideas.

No on their circumstance you cannot replace any other hormone as a replacement of testosterone, none of them will simulate, duplicate or replicate, if there was ever one hormone that could potentially be a candidate. This does not translate or mean it will behave the same, but it's a compound that you could get away with in regards to not using test and replace.. THAT WOULD BE MENT 1-TEST CYP.. That's the only compound that would come anywhere near being any sort of TRT replacement, but bear in mind it does not behave a testosterone but it's the next runner-up.

You could use any compound at this point just as a substitute to avoid muscle atrophy and to feel half decent until you get more testosterone cypionate.. But I wouldn't carry that regimen too long but you can certainly use just about any oil just to feel good, just to keep the protein synthesis, and a positive nitrogen balance and your CNS primed up...

Very very good!
Just fry the shrimps a little to be bit cooked... not too long..maybe 5 minutes.. Add coconut milk and garlic and seasoning to your taste.
Add vegetables.. What ever you like
Bring it to boil and time it for about 7-10 minutes

4 hours is actually the eating window its fine. There is no need to wait.

Burpees / run in place /3pushup between
5sets
Squats 12 reps weighted 30 lb dumbells
Dead lifts same
Flat bench press 20 reps x1
Bench skull crushers 15 reps x1
Standing Curls 15 x1
Slow and even workout

I may go longer on my fast.. Have a Dental appointment @12:30
Fast may be 3-4 hour's longer.
Maybe just past the 50 hour mark.

you went from 61 back up to 64

this is because your liver is releasing glycogen that has been stored as your insulin drops and growth hormone goes up like a rocket.

a lot of self proclaimed gurus out there will say fasting is no good or doesn't work because they think when you fast your glucose just drops lower and lower all the way to 0 but they are wrong and don't understand how our bodies work. our bodies have stored energy ready to be implemented and if you don't fast it has no reason to use them.

I was wondering how that could happen?..
After I did my work out routine later .. I check it again and it actually went up more it was 80.. So I guess it changes thru out the fast and by demand huh?

Yeah, your mind goes crazy when you're fasting.
