Attached a small Vulken to the Pullover to have more brace and stability and it worked perfectly, highly recommended with this machine 🫡.

From tomorrow 100mcg of clenbuterol.

I see your point, but carbs being protein sparing and me trusting my coach are not making me worrying.
always listen to your coach bro
just saying about carbs being protein sparing is under question but even with that more protein isnt bad for you
 
New changes for macros and cardio

Medium days goes from 300P 170C 41F to 300P 130C 21F
Cardio from 5x week 30min to 6x week 45min
Should see faster changes now

Decided to change exercise selections and tried a more Dorian Yates exercise selections, im gonna stick to this selections as I had a blast session with amazing pump and performance even though I slept 3.5hrs.
On another note im having anxiety problems specially when I go to bed and try to sleep and wake up more frequently than usual, I already known the anxiety is derived from the PEDS and if someone as some tips to resolve it it would be very appreciated.
Fell free to ask any questions.

Dorian had the best back and the best back lifts but I do think he did a lot of free-weights in the starts until he got injured. @Mobster right?

in a training seminar that you can find online on YouTube Dorian Yates - Training Seminar (2016) uploaded from XP Gamer at the minute 43:05 he explains his routine (he did say that once he got to pro level he never changed his back routine), always start with the Nautilus Pullover Machine, Closw grip PullDown to the chest, BB Row or DB Row and a seated based fully Row with a Medium Grip and bring the elbows out.
He did say he finished with Hyperextension or deadlifts.
