Decided to change exercise selections and tried a more Dorian Yates exercise selections, im gonna stick to this selections as I had a blast session with amazing pump and performance even though I slept 3.5hrs.
On another note im having anxiety problems specially when I go to bed and try to sleep and wake up more frequently than usual, I already known the anxiety is derived from the PEDS and if someone as some tips to resolve it it would be very appreciated.
