Feeling fantastic bro, no hunger no cravings and good energy, and still getting stronger while being 4 and a half weeks out (will stay on test and no more primo for me lol) just have to get water retention down with a loweringof E2 and more water intake.
Next week I'll have one of my co-worker to come train with me so expect some videos/photos in the gym.

They taste really good and they're healthy.

Where you walking somewhere with a lot of scenery if so it can be very relaxing.
Yes I walk in a very huge park right behind my house with different scenery (lakes ecc)
I like your gym equipment. Thanks for posting that up. And I like there's not many people at your gym, it looks empty to me.
It's a Bodybuilding gym with pros and competitors so they go whenever they want and not at busy times like 3 to 6 pm.

Wow, solid amount of time walking. Equipment looking good too.
Right now i like more the walking in the park than the training since I don't see myself looking good at home, Bodybuilders at the gym are telling i look good and that's all in my mind lol.
Honestly I'm fine with looking bad at home with those lights, my coach as well told me it's better to take pictures with bad lighting cuz when you look good on them it means your lean.
