Approved Log My 1st cycle log

Chess day looks really good.

You will never go wrong with some benching work.
 
I like how you incorporate the weighted dips. Those are very tough.

And 35 kg is no joke strap to you.
 
You will definitely Force strength and growth when you do weighted dips. There are one of the best compound lifts out there.
 
Low cable flies and the pec deck are always fun.

I like how you kept the benching work at the beginning to stay fresh.
 
Not bad doing 100 kg for reps and then doing 120 kg for 6 reps.
 
Congrats man. These are some good workout sessions.

But make sure you give us some meal updates as well and pictures.

Well everyone, the bulk is done and dusted, I can say I went up on the scales as expected and definitely got alot stronger thanks to @BigBoyLabs and their gear,

My next phase is to continue to clean up the diet as we all have some little slip ups here and there, but will do a sports trt dose for a good few weeks to let the body do its thing im thinking around 250mg of test a week

I think when I started this log i was around 87kgs and now I'm around 95kg, it does fluctuate a little bit depending on the day and with water intake and that but over all I'm happy with the cycle and loved it,

Ill continue to update this log while doing a sports trt with @BigBoyLabs test and when I have decided on my next cycle I'll do up a new log

A lot of people would do it the opposite way. They'll cut first, and then bulk back up. But that's cool that you're doing it this way.

Flew to site yesterday, worked 12 hours and no dinner last night, straight to bed after a shower and brush teeth, actually got 8hrs sleep which was nice,

Body is feeling sore all over muscle ache from the workouts so will probably give the body another rest day tonight and try get another good sleep,

Ill be working away for 2 weeks this swing

Yeah normally do 1 week away at work, 1 week off, but this swing is 2 weeks away and then 2 weeks off and then on to my normal swing after

Benching looks really solid.

160 kg is very strong even if you failed.
 
That's good. That's your spot or bails you out on that.
And it's good that you came back with another couple sets.
 
Very important not to do one rep Max is very often.

That's how you tear shoulders. And pecks.

Make sure you're working on some shoulder Mobility.

Also, make sure you're warming up thoroughly 10 reps. May not be enough.

Had a couple or rest days as this week I'm filling in Supervisor at work and we getting close to running out of product so doing alot of work trying to secure more loads and its just mentally draining me, and then the last 2 nights after work they threw 2 party's up here

1 was for the 5 million ounce party and the other was a training session for drill and blast seminar, should of taken some photos of the food as there was a heap of smoked meats there

But non the less the body is well rested, sleep is lacking but it's still getting done about 6 hours on average, not the best but ill get more in the next few days, no chance to have naps unfortunately

But anyway, it's Legs tonight, gonna go hard and heavy to punish myself

Sounds like you have a promotion at work. That's great to see.

Hopefully, you got paid more money for your hard work.
 
Try and push the sleep more consistent over 7 hours.8 hours would be ideal.
 
If you're getting sore, then definitely increase the sleep, maybe get in a nap.
 
Hack squat is a great exercise.

And leg extension is very underrated.
