Been eating good but dr says atleast 2 more weeks. I'm running trt until summer cut let this heal up.

8am eggs bacon
11am mre shake
2pm chicken rice
5pm steak broccoli
8pm mre shake

So sick of this back inj. Gotta let it heal best I can.

Have you ever considered PRP for your back? Long story short I’ve had back/disc injuries for 20plus years and one round of PRP fixed the issue and I’ve been good for 4-5 years now with no issue.
A lot of back problems stem from the spinal musculature not supporting the load and putting undue stress on the discs which are not meant to support vertical loading.

Dr. Really can't do much. If you have a back injury, just give you some medication or inject you
 
work on stretching and Mobility work.

That will help your spine.

Yes, definitely. Your diet has gotten so much better. I remember originally used to eat all processed junk.
