Started yesterday 50mg daily
Now low weight at 93.8kg , 1.8kg over the weight cap
Conditioning it’s starting to get nasty, and full as fuck 🔥🔥
Calories around 2950 5 x week , 2300 2x week on rest day
Cardio 40min fasted on the treadmill , 5km/h x 5% 10 min , 5.5km/h x 0% , 5.5km/h x 5% 17.5min , 5.5km/h x 0% 2.5min

Food pretty basic
Cream of rice ,
Whey ,
Bananas ,
Oats berries ,
Rice chicken kangaroo
Green yoghurt and nut butter

New low 93.4 , starting tonight 25mg proviron x night , 50mg at 3 weeks out , 75mg at 2 weeks out and 100mg till show day!
Cardio 5x week fasted 40 min , no step counting anymore only on rest days around 6k
Training split
Chest / back / legs / shoulders triceps / back and biceps
Low volume 1/2 sets x exercise high Strenght

Proof, as I've said a LOT, that not everyone needs 200-300g protein
