Some pictures. I need to work on quality but this was unpumped, and after eating a lot after mom's birthday so am a little bloated.

Workout-
Bench Press
155 for 5

Lat Raises- 4*15*20
Incline Barbell Press- 3*failure*dropset each set (155-135-115-95-75)
Overhead Press- 135*3*5
Shoulder Press (Seated)- 55*4*6

30 minutes fasted job every morning. I will het that log going soon. Going to do my injections and hit heavy squats.

I am feeling the test no Ester and rad140 kicking in, so squats are starting soon. Could someone close my other log for me? Like end the discussion/thread. As lev butlerov said in that thread, 2 weeks out or 1, it depends, I will take Pre-workout anadrol.

This is how I have decided to run the rest of my cycle.

The Secret supplement is still under wraps- I'm not sure if I am taking it, but I will let you guys know the side effects I experience over the 10 days I take it. I will hint that there is some diuretic effect to combat the insane water from the anadrol, and it works in a very similar way to anadrol.

**Also, to keep water retention to a minimum on anadrol, will i have little to no water weight if I keep carbs very low?***

Today is Monday, week 3***



Sunday, week 0-Sunday, Week 3

Test no Ester, 15 mg/day

Rad140, 20 mg/day

Cardarine, 20 mg/day



Monday-Sunday, week 4

Test no Ester, 15 mg/day. 105 mg/week

Test prop, 45 mg/day. 315 mg/week

Rad140, 20 mg/day

Cardarine, 20 mg/day

Anadrol, 25 mg pwo every day

Secret supplement, 10 mg pwo every day



Monday, Week 5-Thursday, Week 6

Test no Ester, 15 mg/day. 105 mg/week

How does someone absorb orals sublingually? @LevButlerov said to do the anadrol sublingually, but I'm not sure how. Do I just let the 1/2 up to 1 tablet sit under my tongue for a little while before my workout? Is it safer/ more or less effective than just taking it orally?
 
Yesterday was my first day of anadrol. 50 mg sublingually 1 hour before my workout.
Pre-workout-
1/2 scoop Hyde nightmare jawbreaker
1/2 scoop cbum raw

Forgot syringes at gmas house so today is going to be my first pjn. 200 mg. Then 100 mg every other day.

Workout-
Bench- 185 for 6.
Squat- 275 for 5.
Deadlift- 245 for 6.

Diet-
Protein shake 3x
Taco salad 2x
Macros
1800 cals, 200 g protein

Today's workout will be a full body hypertrophy. Low volume. Heavy lifts tomottow- doing 4 reps for SBD.

Yes keep in mind this is like a forever log while the others are event specific, like my current 7 week cut. This will include that cut, pct, period in between, thr next bulk, etc.
Yes that's a good idea too but don't cross post same content, this would make it easier :D
