I am back, it's my 2nd day now. I am a bit jet lagged and tired however I did get cardio and weights sessions in yesterday and today. I brought some Testosterone and Semaglutide with me as well.
I already feel bad for leaving home again it was a good trip but felt like time passed in the blink of an eye.

I gained a bit of weight but not something that makes me feel heavy, i can shed it off in 2 weeks, feels mostly like water weight.
I didn end up hurting my back there and was kindda immobilized for 5 days and then took shit slow after as well. But man i loved the food!! I miss the family, food and the culture already.
Today's leg workout:
40 mins treadmill 3 speed 3 incline
Lying leg curls: 2x10 80kgs 1x10 75kgs
Seated leg curls: 3x10 140lbs
Seated calves raises: 3x21 70lbs on the machine
Leg press calves extensions: 3x21 270lbs on the machine
Leg Press: 3x10 360lbs
Leg extensions: 3x10 160lbs
1st leg workout after coming back and i only worked on legs twice when i was away, so took it a bit low and slow. My legs were spaghetti at the end so i didn't do hack squats, also didn't want to strain my back.

So back home, we used to take ivermectin for a bunch of things, mostly for colon problems - here in Canada, they do not prescribe it no matter what, and even if they do, I still have to pay for it out of pocket even after insurance. So I just buy all that I can and bring it with me cause it is super cheap there.

Still getting some active/action cardio in. I am looking alot better than i used to compared to last year. My comp best is so lose and big now it doesn't even fit. Shakes all the way. Super happy!
For cardio. I will try n scale up to 40-45 mins a day 5 days a way from 30 mins a day 5 days a week
