Leg day to with a focus on quads. Could not go heavy as I forgot to pack my knee sleeve (old knees need some support), so I tried to focus on machines that would limit the amount of knee pain.
Tonight dinner will be shrimp, green beans and roasted red potatoes followed by going to the movies to watch F1.
Tomorrow will be pull day, however I will need to see how my chest is doing since I had a tattoo removal session. This time they cranked the juice a little higher and I ended up getting some slight bleeding. We will also be doing some deep tissue massage and cupping tomorrow as well.
