Approved Log First Cycle - Testosterone, Primobolan, HGH

@LevButlerov I do love some Salmon, however coach say whitefish during this phase of prep. 7 weeks from my first time stepping on the stage. This year was all about seeing if I like competing, next year is growing and possibly doing regional/national show with plan of trying for pro card in the 3rd year for masters.

Tomorrow will be pull day, however I will need to see how my chest is doing since I had a tattoo removal session. This time they cranked the juice a little higher and I ended up getting some slight bleeding. We will also be doing some deep tissue massage and cupping tomorrow as well.

What kinda rack setup are you running?
I got the Rep Ares 2.0 4 post with the upgraded weight stack. I mainly got this for some touch up work and days that I am unable to make it to the gym.

I will upgrade it to the 6 post and swamp out the trolleys for the Tornado Arms. Trying to decide what stair climber I want to adds it’s between the Stepr pro classic or Matrix C50.

This is a really good iron training session. Good job on the leg training. You're pushing things nicely.

Nice bro. Sweet setup. I actually have the ares 2.0 also so I'm a bit biased lol.

Stair climbers are pretty expensive but you get what you pay for. The cheaper ones tend to use undersized motors can cheaper power trains so they don't last.

The only issue I have is limited space and it has to fit in standard door way since I convert a spare office into a “gym”.

Oh ya that's tough. You can't throw it in your garage or something like that?

Personally I like rowing cuz you get a great muscular workout with your cardio. They're cheaper and I bet it will fit thought your doorway lol.

I could as I have a 30x40 garage for my truck and toys. Got quoted 20k to frame out a section, spray foam and insulation.
