Did a pull session yesterday thinking I may have just been slightly off for the day. Will be taking the weekend to rest and recover. Will go down to rest day nutrition

Fully back in the groove tonight had an awesome session. Took numbers on everything. Full steam ahead with the evo log. Been a challenging time but better for it. Cheers for the support fellas but all good again

Super Incline: 45x9, 30x14
Cybex Shoulder: 60x8, 43.75x11 struggle on movement
Flat Smith: 32.5x10, 22.5x13 big improvement here, changed grip and setup and paying dividends numbers wise.
Behind Back Cuff Lateral: 5x12, x12
Smith JM Press: 12.5x8, 7.5x11
Tri Push: 17.5x13, x12, x11

welcome back to the EVO family @BigCheese2000Comeback
Have essentially got a double whammy. Some personal stuff but then got a gnarly flu had more or less 2 weeks off the gym. Scale weight has stayed similar at 82.2, bp and bp in a good spot. This week will be devolume sessions to ease back in and fully recover. I will be doing the 2nd back off lighter set and staying 2 reps shy of failure.
Upper completed yesterday and lower today. Feeling good again and thankful the illness has finally shifted. Just got a new apartment and have fully settled into a new job so everything is looking up. Just thankful to be back doing what I love and can’t wait to make some big leaps again
