Devolume sessions for rest of week. Just one set per movement. Light pump work 12-15 reps on everything. Body feels great. But don’t want to push the luck first week after a 2 week illness

Slightly changed up ped protocol. Test slightly bumped to 400. Primo taken out due to sourcing issues and there being a steadier supply of mast. Lantus brought in as carbs come up. Gh being kept at 4iu. Have a good weekend fellas! Will throw up some check in shots tomo

You're not stepping on stage, there is no need for insulin use at all imo.
