Approved Log First Cycle - Testosterone, Primobolan, HGH

Today was a light day as I did some stretching, some yoga followed by 35 minutes of cardio on stairmaster. Glad I did this as I needed the to work out some stiffness and soreness.

Did get a TD today from @ugfreak. Order placed 6/4 INT and delivered to US today. Pretty fast shipping.

Nice touch down! I am following as well on your question if u take the N2guard what other supplements to drop. That's a good question. I was thinking take the N2guard and just take my pre-work out, creatine, and psyllium husk, and magnesium at night. Get rid of the other stuff I take.

@LevButlerov or others, I just got the N2 gaurd and pop 7 caps this morning. I know you mention this earlier but I wanted to confirm, what supplements from the list below would you remove since the addition to N2Gaurd. One thing I worry about it typically I am VitaminD deficient (I used to take 50KIU once a week, but had the habit of forgetting. Now I do daily and my levels are good).

I use it daily brother have been for a while now, for the price it contains 42 or 44 ingredients within 7 caps seems it saves you from having to purchase a ton of separate products or will keep that number alot lower, so over time you save money and reduce the number of bottles you have at home, its a daily driver product for me.
 
Wake up at 6AM with 32oz of water mixed with 1TBS of Applecider vinegar, glutamine, 1 lemon and 2oz of AloeVera juice. Breakfast at 7AM (chicken breast, eggs, oats and berries with a cup of coffee).

Gym session started at 7:45AM with 1 mile walk on threadmill followed by push day.

I also use other supplements depending on my stack or cycle i add in 3g taurine, a daily electrolyte and mineral mix and i do a collagen/Prebiotoc drink mix twkce a day along with creatine and a p husk fiber supplement just to be well rounded.

I like the tri drop set and for core still add planks.
Today is a mandatory rest day so no lifting or cardio. Will continue to get my steps in for the day and do some posing work.

Tomorrow will be leg with a focus on quads.
resting is crucial, get rest and eat good :D

I did get a couple of power naps in afternoon which was great.

@LevButlerov I do love some Salmon, however coach say whitefish during this phase of prep. 7 weeks from my first time stepping on the stage. This year was all about seeing if I like competing, next year is growing and possibly doing regional/national show with plan of trying for pro card in the 3rd year for masters.

I got the Rep Ares 2.0 4 post with the upgraded weight stack. I mainly got this for some touch up work and days that I am unable to make it to the gym.

I will upgrade it to the 6 post and swamp out the trolleys for the Tornado Arms. Trying to decide what stair climber I want to adds it’s between the Stepr pro classic or Matrix C50.

Nice bro. Sweet setup. I actually have the ares 2.0 also so I'm a bit biased lol.

Stair climbers are pretty expensive but you get what you pay for. The cheaper ones tend to use undersized motors can cheaper power trains so they don't last.

The only issue I have is limited space and it has to fit in standard door way since I convert a spare office into a “gym”.

Personally I like rowing cuz you get a great muscular workout with your cardio. They're cheaper and I bet it will fit thought your doorway lol.

I could as I have a 30x40 garage for my truck and toys. Got quoted 20k to frame out a section, spray foam and insulation.

Great day today after church was deep tissue massage (thought it was yesterday, but was looking at calendar wrong). Focus on was quads and hammies and it hit the spot.

Hit the gym for a quick arm and cardio session. Today was supposed to be to be chest focus, but opted to delay for another day for healing.

Leg day to with a focus on quads. Could not go heavy as I forgot to pack my knee sleeve (old knees need some support), so I tried to focus on machines that would limit the amount of knee pain.

Tonight dinner will be shrimp, green beans and roasted red potatoes followed by going to the movies to watch F1.

Tomorrow will be pull day, however I will need to see how my chest is doing since I had a tattoo removal session. This time they cranked the juice a little higher and I ended up getting some slight bleeding. We will also be doing some deep tissue massage and cupping tomorrow as well.

@LevButlerov Tattoo removal. I am also found of the Stairmaster as it is playing another role beside cardio. It is prepping my legs for some mountain hiking I will be doing in a few shorts months.

It’s a flakey fish. Too me it’s rich and bold. Not an oily or buttery taste fish like sea bass or some halibut.

Growing up on the coast I would do the same, catch, clean consume. Doesn’t get any better than that.

I love cable work for biceps, i like to do the one arm cable side curl, i stand straight up lock up tight posture, hold my arm out to my side behind my back and curl, its an excellent movement.

Today we headed back home and plan to get in a training session later this evening. Overall good 4th with wife’s family.

Today is check-in and only up 1lb since previous check-in. I anticipate some changes coming up, especially since we are 5 weeks out. My first prep that I am doing and so far this has been pretty easy. No craving, no hunger and still have plenty of gas in the tank for training.

Did get sorta of good compliment today, I was asked by a man in his early to mid 20’s how old I was. Once I told him, he was damn you look good and I can only hope I look like that when I am your age. IT was a good compliment but also let me know I am now that old man :)

Tonight dinner was green beans, roasted red potatoes and halibut. Very tasty.

@LevButlerov No new pictures, I am not a fan of them as I do not like the way I look.

Training is still going strong and seems as if I am getting stronger as prep goes by. Today was check-in and lost those 3lbs and down a little more for a new low. Have not been this weight since early 2000’s.
