Sometimes you need those rest days, but you're back. Chin ups are the best, when can you do full weight no assisted?

Haha not too sure man, sometimes I feel weak doing chin ups, so it may be my technique, or just not strong enough in the surrounding muscles to help, I know I can do them, coz back in the day I could do them with 10kgs of the waist but that was with straps

Start trying to do chin up negatives see how you feel.
 
Had another rest day last night, im not sick or anything but the body just felt off so decided to sleep instead, I got about 10hrs sleep from 8pm to 6am, was well needed and prob could of got more if the kids didn't wake up haha

Update from the bpc157 and tb500 from @Wolfenstein its still early days but they are definitely working something, I cant believe i didn't use these Peptides lonngggg ago!! Will definitely be buying more from the man very soon

Also another side note, just had blood work done this morning, I pinned on Monday and and the blood done Wednesday morning fasted, @ODINLABS oils still working thier magic and am absolutely wrapped to be running his oils
