Sometimes you need those rest days, but you're back. Chin ups are the best, when can you do full weight no assisted?Had a few rest days off, felt the body needed it, plus was school holidays so spending family time with the kids
But last night was back day, kept the weights the same as last week, and have woken up sore haha
