Went off program today and decided to max out and see where my sumo deadlift is at after 4 weeks of training. Before we started this training block I did something like 535 for a max on sumo. Today I got 595 easily and then probably would have made 620 but went for 639 and it was too much. I would say its a success so far considering its the first time ive ever trained sumo deadlift. Its looking like my sumo will be way ahead of my previous conventional deadlift of 635. I am thinking 675 will be the number I am looking at getting by years end on sumo as long as I can stay healthy. Ok everyone have a good week ahead and get Strong AF!!!
@RoidRage69 This is a tough workout for sure. good on you for attempting 640. that is a strong lift

So looks like it will take 16 weeks of cycle to give us 14 weeks of the training since it takes 8-9 days each week to finish a full training week. Incline bench was strong. Got all reps on my own. Increase another 5 lbs this week. Wont be long I will be doing sets of 8 with 315. Deciding when to stop my 20mg daily tbol. I plan on using dbol the final stretch of 8 weeks I think. I suppose I should probably stop the tbol now since it looks like the deca is finally starting to do its thing? Ok everyone have a strong finish to the week and get Strong AF!!!

Incline bench looks real solid, 295 for triples of 8 is strong pressing and adding 5 lbs each week puts you right on track for 315 soon. Back and shoulders got good accessory work too, 235 pulldowns and 200 on lateral raise machine are heavy numbers. :D
At week 5 with deca starting to show, you’re right that dropping the tbol now makes sense and saving dbol for the back half will give you that push into the finish. Cycling orals in and out is always a good idea.

Looking strong as hell bro great session💪

Looking strong as hell bro great session💪
I think this week is the only week I got all sets of 8 reps on my own on incline without any assistance. I have to think hard about if I should actually increase my reps to sets of 10 when I lower my flat bench to sets of 7 next week. At least this way I can keep the body in hypertrophy mode by getting the volume in. I just wonder if it even makes any difference. I would have to keep the weight the same for the next couple weeks though so that dilemma.

Triples of 8? 3 sets of 8 bro @LevButlerov. Thats a bit harder than triples. Definitely kicking in for sure !

I agree with your thinking totally bro increase the reps when you lower the sets to achieve the mechanical tension you need for hypertrophy doesn't matter if you use same weight, slow the rep down you will definitely feel it...lets go big bro you got this💪

@RoidRage69 Great work so far....amazing set of training.......

Yesterday didn't go as planned. Did my warmups on squat and then only got out 5
reps on set 1 and then I decided to quit at rep 3 on set 2. I think my body didn't recover from last weeks deadlift session. No reason to push through something if it doesn't feel right. I also decided to start semaglutide for 4 weeks. I still should be able to hit my numbers each week sense it's still early on in this strength/ mass building cycle. Once I am off semaglutide I will start up the dbol for a springboard effect the final 8 weeks of this cycle when the weights are at maximum poundage's.

That was the right call stopping early. If recovery from the last deadlift session wasn’t there, forcing more reps would just dig a deeper hole. :D

Semaglutide for 4 weeks will trim appetite and keep things leaner while you cruise through this phase, so just keep protein high so strength doesn’t dip.

That's the plan. Protein is the goal.

It would have to come from premier protein drinks and whey protein from Costco for me to get that much. Can the body tolerate that much without stomachs discomfort?
No problem at all, get digestive enzymes and probiotics in there with some psyllium husk and you're GTG :D

Had a good day today. Hit all my reps on bench with more in the tank. Next week will go up another 5 on flat bench and possible bump the close grip up 11 lbs. Havent decided if I want to increase the reps on close grip to 10 yet. I dont know if its even worth it since we are moving a good amount of volume on flat bench at 7 reps. Most likely going to keep at 8 reps. Eventually I want my close grip working sets to be the same weight as flat bench as I want to get to the point where I have 3 reps left in the tank on my flat bench on the later sets. I think by going up only 5 lbs per week will allow this to happen since its such a long cycle. I also am in a deficit again and have added semaglutide so we will see how fast the weight peels off over the next month. Hoping I can keep strength moving forward at the same time. Ok everyone have a good week ahead and get Strong AF!!!

Bench work looks strong with great control through those 297x7x5 sets, and adding 5 lbs next week is the right pace to keep form tight while in a deficit. Keep close grip at 8 reps for now since it complements the flat bench perfectly without draining recovery.

Adding semaglutide will pull weight off fast so expect some pump reduction early on, it's normal you ran it before same I bet.
Hold protein high and keep carbs timed around training to preserve pressing strength as the scale drops. :D

Strong pulling day with 429x7x5 on sumo showing serious endurance in the posterior chain. Keep the RDLs at 2x8 but drop to 405 lbs next week to keep form crisp and reduce overlap fatigue, then push 1 heavy top set every 2 weeks instead of weekly to hold recovery.

100 mg Tren E per week is fine alongside your test base, but get labs for e2 and hematocrit after 3 weeks. Add 20–30 g extra carbs pre-lift and raise fats slightly to 70–75 g daily to help buffer the deficit without risking size loss.

Pretty excited about todays session. Bumped up the incline bench by another 10 lbs two weeks in a row now. We decided to go down to 7 reps since that is what we are doing on the other big 3 lifts. Everything I am doing now is near maximum strength as I cut cals down and add tren. I am thinking of front loading the tren since its a long ester E. 300mg week 1, 200mg week 2, and then 100-150mg each week after for a total of 7 weeks. As soon as I get off the tren the dbol will go in and the cals will be bumped up to finish the strength muscle building cycle. Ok everyone have a good finish to the week and get Strong AF!!!

Strong incline bench progression hitting 305 for triples shows top-end power holding steady even in a deficit. Keep form tight on the heavy sets and maintain pull volume to balance the pressing load.

Front-loading tren E that way is fine, just make sure the total run doesn’t exceed 10 weeks and keep dbol timing clean right after. Monitor sleep, BP, and appetite closely since you’re pushing strength near max while cutting calories. :D

@RoidRage69 that low dose will definitely help with keeping the muscle. Your deadlift looked like it went very well.

Protein KING title coming? :D @RoidRage69 I think you can do 400 easy!
I wonder if some of these really big strong guys just don’t really need it. So many people say that no one does but I know it made a difference for me, a big one. Best recovery I’ve had once I was doing it daily. Then mobster says he’s never eaten that much and obviously that’s been working out fine for him.
So he is just naturally going to hold onto muscle and build muscle with less I figure

If I was trying to gain size and use 10 iu hgh and 20 insulin each day I would eat 300+ grams per day. I am not on that so no reason to eat more than 250 grams on any given day imo.

If my sponsor would get me 10 iu per day I would do an experiment and try for 400 grams per day and see if a person my age can put on hyper amounts of muscle in a short time frame. I bet with insulin and my drive It could be interesting.

I think it depends on the person but a ton of guys can do well on high protein IMO @toddthelineman

I think with your size and work ethic you can easily do 400 grams of protein with HGH slin and get thick and ripped, EASY! @RoidRage69

Bench is moving great with that 308x7x5, strong volume for a cut phase. Wide grip work balances it well, and the 264x12 shows endurance is still solid even with calories down.

Pushdowns and flys round out the session perfectly. Try the 10 lbs jump next week and if bar speed slows, drop to 5 lbs steps to keep momentum through the deficit.

Facepull PR at 165 wraps the session well, and 35 min treadmill finish keeps conditioning tight without draining recovery. :D

Decided to move weight up 40 lbs this week on SSB Squats as we are nearing the end of using this bar so wanted to go heavier. Got out 3 sets of 5 reps. Then we tried out a semi regular squat bar with a curve to ease the shoulders back into using a regular bar. So we might use the duffalo bar going forward now for the remainder of the cycle. It feels good, but my legs were already getting fried from the ssb squats beforehand. Would be nice to hit 425 for sets of 7 next week on duffalo bar. This basically seems a deload day since we hardly did any volume or execises. I think I will be refreshed for next week squats. Ok everyone have a good weekend and get Strong AF!!!

Strong session even with lower volume. The 425 lb safety bar squats for 3x5 after adding 40 lb is solid work, especially while transitioning back to a straight bar setup.

The duffalo bar warmups were a smart way to ease shoulder strain and prepare for heavier loading next week.

@RoidRage69 great work rage. Keep killing it

Well today didnt go so well. On my 5th set of bench I tore my shoulder on rep 4. I just fear this is the end to my lifting for a long time. First time ive eve felt and heard my shoulder tear. Ive had surgery on both before but never dialed it down to when it happened. I dont know what to do now. I suppose a good dose of HGH/BPC/TB500 would be my only option at this point to see if I can get through this without surgery? @~Vision~ @PSL

Tough setback but you did the right thing stopping right away. A tear like that needs imaging before any plan, so get an MRI to know what you’re dealing with before adding compounds. @RoidRage69

GH with BPC and TB500 can help tissue repair after confirmation it’s not a full rupture. Rest completely, no pressing at all until swelling and pain drop.

Hmmmmmmm... Some BPC and TB500 we possibly could do, HGH on the other hand is getting hard to come by these days :(

Shoulder injuries are the worst bro, i wish you a speedy and complete recovery definitely use the healing peptides to help things along...stay strong in the mind and you'll be back🙏💪

Just bpc and tb should should be good enough in this case :D @~Vision~ HGH not needed imo

HGH will almost certainly cause retention of intracellular water, often accumulating around skeletal tissues and related areas. This effect can ultimately be more detrimental than beneficial.

Consider incorporating low to moderate dosages of Anavar (Oxandrolone) alongside peptide supplementation.
This combination offers a notable advantage in supporting collagen and elastin synthesis,
both of which are essential fibrous glycoproteins for tissue health.
The primary benefit in this regard is attributed to Anavar’s mechanisms of action.

Sure get some anavar with bpc and tb, I'm all in for it :D @~Vision~

Had my MRI this morning.

Rotator Cuff: *Supra/Infraspinatus: Full-thickness tear involving the anterior aspect of the distal supraspinatus tendon. The tear measures 0.8 cm in AP dimension. There is interstitial tearing within the more posterior fibers of the distal supraspinatus tendon. No muscle belly atrophy. Infraspinatus tendon normal. *Teres Minor: Normal. *Subscapularis: There is a small intrasubstance tear involving the superficial fibers in the distal and superior tendon. Biceps/Rotator Interval: Medial subluxation of the biceps tendon from the superior aspect of the intertubercular groove. The biceps tendon courses through the intrasubstance tear of the distal subscapularis tendon. Mild tendinosis in the intra-articular portion of the biceps tendon. Glenoid Labrum: Degenerative signal within the substance of the superior and posterosuperior labrum. There is degenerative blunting and fraying along the free margin of the posterosuperior labrum. Articular Cartilage: Mild articular cartilage surface irregularity along the humeral head and glenoid. This involves less than 50% of the articular cartilage thickness.

That’s a rough MRI read but not catastrophic since there’s no full detachment or muscle atrophy. The supraspinatus tear and biceps subluxation will need structured physio and probably PRP and BPC/TB500 to support healing while keeping inflammation low. Consider GLOW as well @RoidRage69

Please start a rehab log so we can monitor strength return and pain under movement week by week. Note daily mobility, anti inflammatory use, and any peptide or therapy additions so we can gauge when you’re ready to reintroduce pressing safely.

Yes. Very similar to the other MRI read from last week. Could have been a LOT worse

@RoidRage69 Do every little bit of the rehab and you'll be golden

@RoidRage69 i am confident if every weightlifter who is hardcore got an MRi on their shoulder they would find some tearing. when i tore mine i didn't even known it was torn. the pain i experienced i figured was just normal soreness and inflammation. it took my hands going numb and my entire right arm going limp to finally have it looked at

I’m there with you Bro. Here’s my MRI results from yesterday

TECHNIQUE:
Multisequence multiplanar images of the right shoulder were obtained without contrast.

FINDINGS:
Supraspinatus Tendon: High-grade partial-thickness undersurface tear. Tear extends to the myotendinous junction.
Infraspinatus Tendon: Intact.
Subscapularis Tendon: Intact.
Teres Minor Tendon: Intact.
Long Head Biceps Tendon: Intact.
Rotator Cuff Muscles: No atrophy.
Labrum: Degenerated and torn, particularly the superior portion.
Glenohumeral Articular Cartilage: Thinned.
Acromioclavicular Joint: Moderate hypertrophy. Mild impression on the subacromial space.
Bones: Degenerative marrow changes. No acute osseous abnormalities.
Fluid: Small amount of joint fluid. No bursal collections

Not going to start another log. This is the only one I plan on having as stated in first post.
maybe once the log hits like 100 pages you can start a fresh one. would like to see how you navigate all your injuries. @RoidRage69 what does the wife think about the shoulder ? isn't she an expert on that stuff?

@RoidRage69 translate what this means. too many big words lol. is it good news? bad news? sort of bad news? are you dying?

Pretty sure I will have surgery. It's extremely painful 8 days later and seems worse than yesterday. I expected to need surgery on this as did with my other shoulder 6 years ago. Good thing is deadlifts cause zero pain. Will do SSB squats and deadlifts 1-2 times per week until I can press again.

Yours will probably get better over
Time. Doesn't sound too bad.

sounds like both of you @s.gentz and @RoidRage69 are headed to the bench. injured reserve and out for a few weeks.

You should get surgery and recover post, should be easier for you with that level of injury @RoidRage69

Oh I know I'm going for surgery as soon as the injury happened and the MRI shows it. Dr said he is going to refer me to a surgeon. It's the fastest way to get better. Rehab is a waste of time and money IMO.
