We’re back! Life has been is chaos for the past 5 months. Most of it has settled out. Now we’re back hittin the weights. I’m training in the garage again starting out building the armor back up.
All I can do in my conjugate training with the equipment I currently have. So back to high volume speed days for upper and lower and maximum effort upper/lower
This will be broken down into 3 phases to get to the starting line to actually train.
Phase1- technique, making the muscles I’m trying to work contract and build the weakest parts first. With 1-2 days of cardio this will last 2-3 months
Phase2- this will last another 2-4 months.
Still focusing on technique but the main objective is an increase in volume and cardio to 2-3 days a week. Supplemental work will be heavier.
Phase 3- by this point I should be at the starting point to actually start training hard. If not another 2 months and I should be there.

Starting a cycle actually looks like this
Test e 250mg 20-25mg ed
DHB 200mg I’ll stick to this for a little bit. Doing daily injections 30mg ed
