We’re back! Life has been is chaos for the past 5 months. Most of it has settled out. Now we’re back hittin the weights. I’m training in the garage again starting out building the armor back up.

All I can do in my conjugate training with the equipment I currently have. So back to high volume speed days for upper and lower and maximum effort upper/lower

This will be broken down into 3 phases to get to the starting line to actually train.

Good to see you back logging, chaos or not you’re moving forward again. Conjugate in the garage is a solid plan, focusing on technique and weak points first is the right way to rebuild the base. Breaking it into phases makes sense, that way you don’t rush and actually come back stronger. :D

At 226lbs with test e and DHB daily you’ve got a clean setup to support the work. The daily pins will keep things stable, now it’s just about sticking to the structure and letting the phases do their job. did you prep cycle support and ancillaries?

Oh yeah duh I forgot to add that shows I really havnt logged anything in a while haha

Currently just running my Arowmasin at 25mg every 2 days but with daily injections I’m curious if it’ll keep my estrogen more stable. I’ll stay with tht for now then try 12.5 every 2 days I really don’t just stop and see what blood work tells me it’d be nice if I didn’t have to take any.

Still doing my usual kidney and liver support along with my needed vitamins.

Yes if I don’t rush it i should have a decent come back right now I’m fuckin weak man. It’s really disappointing I let that happen but I was more focused on getting this house and stuff ready for the baby but we’re all settled in just working over when I can to make extra money.
 
Even with very limited kit I've had some epic workouts
Oh yeah my little garage workouts use to be intense almost makes you’re mind stronger cause it’s gunna be super hot in the summer and really cold in the winter but you still gotta train.

What brand is the dhb, are you getting pip
Iv only ever used dragon. I was gunna get some from one of our other sources from euro. With Ed pinning at 30mg there’s nothing it’s amazing. 50mg ehh ots a little sore mainly just a small welt.

But if you’re looking for dry qualify muscle gains DHB is the way to go 300-400mg of Dhb to me equals 800-1000mg of what primo would do. And I love primo but you have to take so much, great AI tho for me but Dhb produces very hard, soild muscle and good strength. Running an experiment so stay tuned. Cause of the Ed Injections at small dosages wrk it’ll be my new winter cycle for sure. They say it’s liver toxic I personally have never seen that on blood work so idk where tht came about.

Use an insulin syringe 20-30mg ed get 200mg in a week to start and you’ll love it. Dry muscle like primo, strength and size like npp

Yea sir! He’s due in December we go for the last check up for a close due date we keep being told the 18th but we shall see. My wife eats an insane amount of protein chicken, fish and steak. More on the steak side and he gets to moving around like crazy so hopefully we made a Hercules lol.

Signed for the house last month so that headache is done. Now it’s just finishing the baby room up and building my savings back up after I get new tires next month lol I’m so poor😂 I found a place to get some hgh for cheap no site but the prices are crazy good. My buddy got blood work done and said his igf1 is through the roof so that’s a good sign. Soon in the next month or 2 I’m gunna order a kit and test it out if it’s ligit I’ll send you the price chart and it has contact info on it. If I found gold I gott stock up before you goons do 😂

Other than that life has been good just gotta make that money and get back to trying hard to get back what I lost.

I’ll post some in the morning when I’m fasted and all that good stuff. Oh trust me i definitely have room to improve 😂 everyone at work said iv been looking for wider in my shoulders and my arms are thicker? I just tell them thanks? I havnt lifted in 5 months.

I’m still stronger then the average gym goer but by my standards I’m pretty weak in 5 months I should be back to squatting 500 for reps and rack pulling high 500’s

25mg aro eod is heavy so daily pins with a smaller 12.5 split might smooth e2 swings better, bloods will tell you if you can back it down further. Good call keeping the support stuff in, that keeps you covered while the rest is rebuilding.
Don’t sweat being weaker now, the comeback always feels slow but with the house done and baby on the way you’ll have the time to put weight back on the bar steady.

UPDATE!

Today was dynamic upper body. Not sure where my raw bench is at so judging by my medium grip floorpress of 385 and a bench grip pin press of 365 I said a reasonable 390 was my bench if they don’t let me come into work eary for overtime then I’ll test it out Saturday.

1. Bench 5x5 with doubled red mini bands bar weight was 205 1set close grip 2 sets medium grip added fat grips on these to see somthing. Took them off for the last 2 with my bench grip and they were super easy so fat grips will be on the bat for this for a few months.

2. Pull ups 5xfailure
3.barbell extension 4x15
4a ez bar curl 10wide/10 close
4b. 100 band tri extension
4c. Fat grip reverse curl 10-12

That circuit was done 3 times with 40sec rest huge pump!

5.face pulls 3x30
6.side raise 4x15
7. Tried doing flys for 2 sets but my arms were cooked but might have to put pec work earlier in the workout or just do it the next day.

All done in an hour

Thank you brother! Yeah I also wanna be 260 again 😂 I’m back to 5 meals a day trying for 6 mainly rice and chicken/steak if I’m lazy after a workout I’ll eat a bowl of rice squares with a little honey and a protein shake then and hour from that I’ll eat another real meal.

I just want to be a strong jacked dad if I’m painful free and pushing some serious weight maybe I’ll do a meet but that’s a long ways away I’d have to be squatting and pulling 700 again

be careful with that hgh. a lot of times sources giving you a deal too good to be true will selective scam. they might send you a good kit, then next time swap in hcg for hgh. i would stick to approved sources

my advice is don't get married. and if you have a kid with someone make sure the person you have it with is sane.

Today’s workout was dynamic lower.

Squats were stiff but moved good. Deadlifts only did 345 for 10x1 I definitely need to stretch again I havnt pulled anything in 6-7 months easy and tho it wasn’t heavy it felt awkward. But I’m sure after a few sessions I’ll be fine.

1. Box squats 5x5 50% bar weight 250, w/purple bands about 150-160 band tension
2.deadlifts 10x1
3. Band back extensions 2x failure
4. Band leg curls 250
5a. Abs 4x20
5b. Single leg calve raises 4x failure

I’m sore. But looking in the Moro looks like my body is already adapting to the stress looking slightly leaner, wider and thicker

Back to eatting 4-5 real meals.

Good to see you back pulling again after that break. Moving 345 for 10 singles after that kind of layoff is solid, the stiffness will ease up fast once your body remembers the pattern. Bands on squats and accessories were a smart call to get speed and blood back in. You’ll notice fast changes now that food’s back to 4–5 solid meals, that fullness and shape you’re seeing is your body coming alive again. :D

The goal weight tho after I get in shape and can see some decent ab outlines is going to be 250.

The cycle planned ahead is ahh different daily injections but I’m useing up left over gear I have 3 Dhb. I’ll run that till I’m out the switch to npp cycle is 16 weeks weeks. I was debating if I should just keep my test at trt dose but let the anabolics work the magic or do I jack the test up to 500?

Looks like you put on some body fat. you tend to alternate between that and getting ripped. @Dozer55 I think you have really good genetics but you don't always take advantage of it.

Yeah i packed it on the mid section pretty hard. I’d like to recreate what I looked like about 2 years ago I have a exercise bike at home now and my father in law is giving me his treadmill for free so that’s gunna be nice especially for next summer cut and having the kid around get some cardio done 1-2 times a day maybe

Yes sir I’m currently following a basic diet plan and I can already see some ab outlines where I’m at now I’m just too fat to try adding muscle so I’m going to cut some of this fat off and then hit it hard

this time of year living in the south you should get outside. fk the treadmill, that shit is lame and boring
 
1 more week left of work. Doing all low days for carbs. I have 1 feed day which is only 250grams but it helps a lot. When I get home is when the carb cycling kicks in.

Just curious why you are cycling carbs like that. It's a big variance between your high carb day. Almost 900. And then low carb day being only 100. @Dozer55

I havnt trained while I’m at work in 2 years once I build good habits again I’ll look into trying to train 2-3 times while at work. I made great progress when I did. But the one place I was at worked me so hard there’s no way I was lifting anything after work close to getting a promotion that’s not physically just more mentally stressful when I do get that spot I’ll be hittin the gym like I do at home and eatting real food for meals then hopfully I can be where I was at in my profile picture again

1. Bench press this is a sad one 370 lowest iv benched in years but now I know where my actual starting point is, I failed on the next attempt right off my chest so upper back and shoulders are the weak points

2. DB row 4x10
3.face pulls 3x30-40
4a. Reverse curl 3x12-15
4b band tri extension 3x50-60
4c. Curls 10 wide 10 close
5. Side raise 4x12

I just remember being bigger, smashing a raw 435lb bench any day of the week not even training for strength but yeah I’m still in phase one of my plan maybe another month or 2 and I can move to phase 2

Thanks man! Yeah at work cause I got out of the habit while I’m home I’m usually good unless my recovery is ass then I’ll take another day.

So I was out of the gym for 5 months and now I’m back in the swing of thing eatting 5-6 meals a day and training 4 days a week with 2-3 cardio days.

I’m breaking this down into 3 phases since I was gone so long.

Phase 1 will last 2-3 months
Here is pure focus on technique and getting my muscles to fire properly. Max effort work is more on feel or I’ll do the repeated method instead or just focus on accessory work.

Phase 2! This will last 2-4 months
Technique is still #1 but increase workload capacity but 1-3 sets across the accessory work. Supplemental exercises like Goodmornings, rdl, Jm press, pin press will be added in and done with a moderate rate and slowly increase. By this this my body should be or be very close to operating as one unit. Right now my abs and whole posterior chain don’t know when to kick in and do there job as the right time so still hitting my accessory work hard Chas wing that pump but also through all 3 I’m building not just my whole posterior chain back up but hammering my hips/glutes I figured out maybe 8months or a year ago my hip flexor issue was do to low hip/glute development so getting ahead of that this time.

Now phase 3!! This will last another 2-4 months or very desired outcome is reached.
Max effort work is in full stride, supplemental work is back for being heavy, work load capacity will be raised 1-3 sets again depending of areas that need the work. Now we can start doing somthing.

After phase 3 I’ll be at the starting line to start to actually train hard again my muscles should be built back up and tendons strong. This is where if everything goes correctly be where I become jacked and strong again. Hell if I’m healthy maybe I’ll compete again🤷🏻‍♂️ we’ll see

DHB 40mg a day might do 50mg and make Dhb 350 a week and stay there.
Arowmasin 12.5 eod
Nolvadex 40mg ed for the next 3 day then 20mg ed for a wrk or 2 left nip started getting weird again. I’ll be fine tho

Liver and kindness supps as usual

Twist on this cycle and I’m curious how it’ll go I’m not only doing micro dosing but I’m switching up compounds dieing this cycle. Dhb from the start till maybe week 10? I’ll figure it out but after Dhb is gone I’m switching to npp.

No Tren in this cycle but next winter I’m thinking about it that added strength and size like no other. Beside when I ran hgh, primo and test I was pretty lean and thiccc haha. Maybe next year I’ll be in batter spot financially and I’ll start running hgh again I’d like to do 5iu ed again I slept better, grew quality muscle, and stayed leaner no matter how much I ate that shit loved high carb days haha

If you check my log I ran 200mg/week and I did notice it ran synergistically with the masteron and I literally had veins in my abs for the first time LOL.

That sounds wild! lol my arms get pretty sick looking but not veins on my abs 😂 iv only used Dhb during a mass phase
 
Wednesdays training iI hit max effort lower took 2 days off I was just beat up and tired.

1. Rack pulls from pin hole 2 with doubled over monster mini bands. Worked up to 515 for a grind. Not a pr by any means but last time I did rack pulls I think I only did 500 straight weight with no bands.

2. Good mornings 4x10 kept it very light at 135 to get the movement down now this here got me excited. I did a wide stance gm with no pain! Actually got a nasty pump in my low back, hamstrings and glutes/hips.

3.band hamstring curls with green band. 130reps
4. Band March 2x2mins
5. Standing Abs 4x20

Friday was dynamic upper left shoulder was giving me some issues and my elbows were angry today even with elbow sleeves so kept it light on some things as you’ll see.

1.bench 4x5 225baf weight with doubled over mini bands shoulder hurt and elbows didn’t feel stable.

2. Pull ups. 4xfailure was supose to be 5 but had no power to do this the 4 sets were pretty sad only got 6/5/5/4

3. Face pulls I used my light purple band and started with face pulls got about 20-25 then went into rows maybe got 20-25 again then right into a pull over hybrid did 10-15 did this for 3 sets 1 min rest

4a band tri extension 250
4b. Barbell curls 15-25 whatever I’d get. Really focused on the contraction and pumping blood in the area.

5.body weight tricep extensions. I call them prisoner extensions you simply set a bar up set youre hand up wherever you feel them contract the best, dip you head under the bar and extend yourself up that was to failure the right into close grip push ups to failure. Did this for 3 sets

6. Side raises 5x12-15
7. Ab 3x20

For the test it’s definitely better for me. Same dose and I have no acne on my back so I guess 2 shots a week would work for me but the daily is definitely more stable and better.

Looking ahead for the summer cycle DHB,Anavar for sure. Then next winter is what I’m really excited about. Tren/mast/test. I’d like to try mast by itself with test to see how anabolic is really is. Been really looking into it and it’s better than primo.

Too scared to try eq just nervous of my blood getter too thick my BP raises when I do blast but eq is off the charts for rbc production we’ll see tho
