Plan is to go down to trt to reset and heal the body then going into a push for the new year.
Currently sitting at 84kg and about 12% BF
Calories
I will be running a slight calorie surplus for this current phase. I'm coming off a cut so want to slowly build the calories and hopefully maintain current BF levels.
Workouts
2 day split consisting of
Quads, Adducters Abbs
Hams Glutes Calves.
3 days of zone 2 cardio
Walking everyday
No pull or push due to shoulder injury for last 6 weeks:
Ultrasound booked for this coming week so hopefully can get an idea of what needs to be done.
Bloods
I have a doc required blood test in 4 weeks, and will also do a full panel in 8 weeks.
Sleep
I will track every day. Really want to focus on improving in this area.
Peds
20mg Test P ED
50mg EQ EW
3iu GH ED
