No pull or push due to shoulder injury for last 6 weeks:

I have a doc required blood test in 4 weeks, and will also do a full panel in 8 weeks.

7 drinks is a lot but not that much considering the situations. A few can turn into a lot real quick when you're with the old crew. At our age the alcohol really takes its toll the next day no matter how little we drink. I miss my young liver. That guy could do anything lol

Its strange hey i heard someone in the u.s refer to 6 drinks as wild. Most tradies here in aus would knock 6 back before getting home.
Easter trip last year me and my brother easy would have knocked a box back each a day plus what ever sweeteners you get into in the afternoon most trips were like that.
Now i wouldnt even buy a 6 pack.
Its crazy to see how much drinking is apart of the aussie culture, its a shame i didnt see the downside until current times

I've been researching it a lot and @toddthelineman demonstrates how much of a weapon it is. I've beem taking 10mg of MK-677 before bed but think I should just bite the bullet and save up for a pharma gh pen.

You will probably want to do that when you can, but it’s a slow burn too. So either way you’ll have to be patient. No sleep improvement or anything? Consider bumping up to 20mg at night?

It's called Alpha Progression , it designs the workouts for you. But might be the last time I use it. Signed up with a Coach and he is using Hevy app to log workouts.

If it's a choice between the 2 HGH will win every time.
You dont need pharma grade, generics are very good 2iu a night will last 50 days, can you source it over in NZ?
 
Any sides starting GH at 3.5iu? Water retention / bloat? Tingly hands?
Hey mate , welcome to Evo, I saw your great touchdown post in Pheonix thread. First thing is it's well over dosed 3.5 feels to me to be about 5-6.
If your just starting out try 1iu first. As Todd said above it's a slow burn 🔥

I was coming from another vendors GH so was already doing 4.5iu each night. And built up to that slowly.

Also there is lots of things we can recommend to counter the neg effects. But best practice is to start low.

Have you considered starting a log?

Had a wedding last night, it was so weird being amongst old crew who hadn't seen me in so long. Everyone was shocked at how different me and my wife looked. Also sad to note how health poor every one is now. 😔 Not a single person would of been under 25% BF

I've had some wild nights with this crew, I was rather nervous about drinking, as it turned out I started with a middie and ended up consuming 6 in total so 6 standard drinks for the night across 7hrs. I know for some this might seem like a lot but I would of finished that in an hour years back.

Still woke up with a sore head its crazy just how bad alcohol is.

I did program it, right shoulder is causing trouble so the whole session was just about light weight & form. I turned the headphones off and could hear all the clicking so finding different elbow or hand positions to mitigate it.

Yeh shoulder injuries are annoying bro, not like you can do surgery remove attach bla bla.

Unsure if tb500-bpc combo would work though?

We usually just send to a physio, your plan would be way more involved than the like 55 year old ladies I deal with 😂.

If you get a good physio though they will get you right in no time.

I think BPC and TB would at the least take the pain and inflammation away
